“Great place to stay”

Grounds and rooms were very well kept. Response to problems (ie. stove out of gas) were very prompt. The location was excellent. We could walk right from our condo to the beach in a few steps. Excellent swimming location.

“Antigua Village ticks all the right boxes!”

I have stayed at the Antigua Village condominiums for the past 5 years and it just gets better and better. The suites and apartments are very comfotable and well maintained with every convenience that you need. All of the staff are extremely professional, competent and pleasant. What stands out for me though are the fantastic surroundings - beautiful tropical gardens and a stunning beach. Some of the condos have amazing views of the beach or pool area but all have attractive views. The overall atmosphere is of a very classy and low-key island resort. I will definitely keep going back.

“Would definitely stay again”

The drive from the airport to the hotel was relatively short and scenic, about 15 minutes. The property is great because it has multiple restaurants, great beach facilities and there is a small grocery store, plus a lady who sells produce in front of the store daily from dawn til dusk. So it feels fairly self-contained, but yet it is also in walking distance of multiple other properties to offer variety. The room was a surprise and a delight. It was big, wonderfully and colorfully decorated with very nice features. It had great appliances, including a blender which was great for me, given that the lady sold what I needed for making my morning smoothies! Check-in was a bit of a down point for me because I had to wait almost a half hour before my room was ready and I arrived well after check-in time and there was no apology for this whatsoever. i thought that was highly inappropriate. On the positive end, though they seem very strict on check-out time, when I called and spoke to the lady she graciously let me check out two hours after check-out time because I had a later flight. (It was a different person than the check-in person, so it wasn't intentionally compensatory for the prior inconvenience, but it was deeply appreciated nonetheless!!) Great property that I would highly recommend!!

“Excellent hotel.”

A really excellent hotel located right on the beach and with all ameneties. The rooms all have an outdoor sitting area and surround a large pool. Bars are available on the nearby beach and the rooms all have catering facilities inclooding a cooker and a fridge. Get water before retiring for the night since none is provided. My room was spoilt by a constantly flushing toilet but this was soon fixed.

It was a fun place to stay for a few days. the area was nice, relaxing, and very private. The beach and pool was great.

“Great place on a budget”

Great place to stay when you're on a budget. Truly three star and so the aplliances, decor etc were a little dated, however, you get what you pay for and so I (we) have no real gripes and do consider that we got value for money chilling out for two weeks 60 paces from the caribbean sea. The nearby 'Sandals' resort was noisy once in a while but not so much as to qualify as sustained noise pollution. Beach wise, very clean, safe and if you use the beach to the left of coconut grove )as you face the sea) then you'll find that you have it for yourself most of the time. If you want to venture a little further to runaway beach the chances are you'll have about 1k of beach to stretch out on unhindered. The 'Village' grecery shop is useful for milk and bread, everything else is considerably more expensive than can be found in the average St John's Supermarket. Great place, sunny, bright and relaxing. Go for it.....

“Friendly and relaxing”

Great location on Dickenson bay, next to sandals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also great wifi connection. I have given overall 3 star as the rooms are old and tired, but this may vary as units can be individually owned. Having said that the grounds, pool and location would be hard to beat. I would also consider, Siboney next door which is smaller and has superior rooms and a beautiful enclosed garden, although the pool is not as nice.

The hotel rooms really need to be updated......small TV.....ants everywhere....I mean everywhere
