Excellent choice for the business travelerPosted Feb 20, 2013
Pros: Spacious rooms, great location for business
Cons: Sometimes the suite gets a bit warm.
Location: Only a couple of kilometers from the center of St. John's
This hotel is a great value for lodging in Antigua, with spacious, well-furnished suites, including two separate rooms, comfortable sofas, and a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. It is located near St. John's thus making it a good option for business travelers. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom, so it can get a bit warm in the rest of the suite during the day. The WiFi Internet access had somewhat low signal but was generally functional with a few brief interruptions.

Reception closed when I got to the hotel. The bed sheet was unclean.

Great, inexpensive stop overPosted Feb 12, 2012
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We flew in late and didn't want to pay for an extra night at our expensive resort since it was too late in the day to really enjoy it. To save a few hundred bucks, we opted to stay at a cheaper hotel for the first night and head to the resort in the morning. Connie's worked out great for us. We really only used it for showering and sleeping so I can't comment on other aspects of the hotel.
