The resort was nice but extremely outdated. The food was very basic for resort food. Our first night we made reservations to an Italian restaurant that had 4 things on the menu and not 1 Italian dish. The beach was beautiful. The room was cute, but the walls are paper thin. You hear everyone around you morning and night. The bathroom was ok, it definitely needed repairs. The staff had its days, some people were very talkative and nice while others weren’t so happy. This resort is an older crowd, zero night life. The property is silent by 11pm. We made reservations for The Grill (Seafood) and again not many options but was a lot better than the Italian restaurant. The snack bar was decent but busy all day, you waited a long time to get your food. We were not pleased with the resort by our second day so we got day passes to the sister resort. Verandah saved our trip! Beautiful resort, very good fresh food and lovely staff. We spent the remainder of our stay at the sister resort.

The property was very well maintained with a lay back vibe. Except for wait staff, all others were very friendly and warm. Wait staff was very professional, however, they did not give off that warm, glad to see you feeling. Because of the 48 hour advance restaurant booking policy, you are forced to eat at the buffet the first three nights.

This was my 3rd stay in 3 years. It is the most relaxed, friendly - and all adult ages welcome - resort. It is not fancy. The beach area is absolutely divine. The food is very good,not extraordinary. The house wines could (and should) be better, but for the price one cannot beat it. The staff is incredible. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Every room has a terrace and mine, facing the ocean, was large with a comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. I'll be going back next year!

I stayed at The Pineapple Beach Club with my husband in March, for 7 days. Pros: -beautiful, but small, beach. The water and sand is gorgeous! -Every single person that worked at the club was incredibly friendly and attentive. I never had to wait for more than a minute for a drink at the bar; everyone said hello when walking by; the waitstaff at the buffet were SO attentive - constantly refilling water, asking if we wanted a drink from the bar, removing empty plates, etc. -Loved the excursion to Shirley Heights that they plan. It is a must see on a Sunday! -The bed was very comfortable. -The gym was very good. Cons: -The lack of beach towels! On the first day I had to wait until almost 2 in the afternoon to get a beach towel. I blame the guests just as much as the resort. Almost everyone took 2 beach towels, put them on a beach chair, and then leave. I have never been to a resort that had such a problem with this. There definitely needs to be more unbrellas or palapas with the strength of the sun. It's impossible to lay in the sun for more than 10 minutes without getting too hot and/or burning. -The food was just okay. I am used to eating all-inclusive meals at Club Med in Turks and Caicos, and the food at the Pineapple Beach Club just doesn't compare. There were a few very good choices, but most of the food was pretty basic. We enjoyed out stay, but will probably go back to T&C next time.

Our room was not an updated room and really needs some tlc. It was right on the beach and had an awesome view. The beach and area is very nice. The buffet food was average and the A la carte good.

Pineapple Beach is a beautiful resort with the very best staff. Everyone was welcoming and kind and couldn't do enough for us. My beachfront room was perfection. I would rate the food a 4. I did not like the fact that all the loungers at the beach and pools were reserved with the towel by 8:30 in the morning. If I didn't get there early I would not have a place to sit. The other thing I did not appreciate was the problem getting reservations for dinner in the various restaurants. Why aren't they open at least five nights a week? However the Outhouse is a 10! I would highly recommend Pineapple Beach to everyone who wishes to go to Antigua.

Pros: Beautiful beach, nice pools, daily activities (including aqua aerobics), lunch and dinner food was better than expected, clean rooms, evening entertainment was good Cons: dated room decor (as expected based on pics), main lounge area and buffet restaurant space were extremely drab and depressing, breakfast was below average, process for getting reservations at the resort was AWFUL, was expecting yoga and it was offered one day out of the week we stayed but then canceled last minute

This isn’t a five star resort. We stayed in the ocean view rooms. The beach area was very nice and the staff very friendly. The rooms had cheap laminate wood floors installed improperly over the top of the old terra cotta floors. The laminate had become warped and damage from water in the bathroom and there were several places in the room where someone had used large screws driven straight into the face of the floor boards in random spots. The rooms need a serious refresh. Old cultured marble counter tops from the 80’s, hot water was come and go. The beds were comfortable, though.

Great service in a relaxed setting. Beautiful beach and three unique pools. Excellent Friday night dinner buffet under the stars with a 6 piece steel drum band and live band for dancing that followed. Starbucks level gourmet coffee shop all day and night. Very short lines, if any. Always got a beach/pool lounge. Several bars with a nice selection. Rooms clean and bright. Spacious patios and lovely grounds.

first impressions , The resort was very dated . The social atmosphere was pleasant in the evenings . The food was tasty however the buffet had a poor selection.The beach was exceptional . A number of the staff acted as though you where bothering them. Overal we had a good time however considering the cost of the resort combined with the government tax , The value is just not there . much room for improvement.

I went on a four night getaway and had a fantastic time. Weather was awesome and it was the perfect place to get away. Love the infinity pool and the whole resort. The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee shop is great. I got a massage and a facial. Beautiful beach. Only down side was the activities advertised didn’t always work out. I signed up for yoga and there was no yoga teacher, no one showed up. Same happened with pickle ball class. But that’s a minor issue. Great place!!

Just imagine I stayed five there for five days and my room was cleaned once, once in five days Unacceptable! Period, when I was leaving they charged me for wi-fi, and they have the unmitigated gall to charge extra$24.00 per day for staying on the resort. The staff needs to be trained.

The property was beautiful and so was the beach. The buildings and room could use some refreshing/updates. One thing I didn't like was there were tons of U14 girls soccer teams staying all week. This is an adults only resort and the girls were not adults. The food was fantastic and the drinks were amazing. I loved the daily activities and entertainment. Don't forget to visit the Outhouse!

Please do extensive research on this property before booking.I really wish I can get my money back. The pictures ARE NOT what the resort looks like. The pictures make it seem more modern than what it really is. For starters, the WIFI is absolutely terrible. You will only get service in your room (at times) or in the main entertainment area. There are only 2 pools NOT 3 like the description says. There is no room service and everything shuts down at 11pm. If you are hungry or thirsty, you will have to wait until the next day. They do not stock your room with water. Make sure to grab water/snacks at a bar before heading to your room. When I asked why there was no water in our rooms AT LEAST, they blamed COVID. In our room, the tv and the fan did not work. If the resort puts you in the 100 section of the rooms, ASK THEM TO MOVE YOU! The amount of noise and banging that you hear throughout the day and night in that buildings is ridiculous. We asked to move from our 1st room to another room because the people upstairs were making so much excessive noise, moving furniture at all times of night and basically stomping across the floor. Ironically, it was the same EXACT situation in our new room which is insane! The “manager” who’s name is MACK and his “head of security” KEVIN did absolutely nothing when I went to reception to complain and ask for a new room since at this point it had already been 2 days of the noise. They kept telling me to “calm down.” We eventually found out that
