Could be a 5 out of 5 with a General ManagerPosted Jul 31, 2013
Pros: Beach setting was gorgeous.
Cons: General manager to oversee the details.
Location: Location is well situated about 30 minutes from the airport. We did not leave the resort, so can't speak to other nearby places.
Beautiful resort, beautiful beach, beautiful water. Loved the private cottage and outdoor shower. Staff was friendly, attentive and willing to help. However, general attention to detail was lacking. Food choices at all meals were very limited. At each meal, they were out of something. Several evenings they ran out of beer. The air conditioner in the room did not work great. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation but it could have been much better.

Super relaxing holidayPosted May 29, 2013
Pros: Friendly & super staff, all could not do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable, excellent service, great location, food was plentiful & delicious
Cons: Actual hotel could improve with some updating & more diligence with room cleaning.
Location: Location was superb, away from the "Madding crowd" The beach was awesome. Jolly Harbor only a short taxi drive away.
We wanted a relaxing vacation & that is exacting what we got! It totally exceeded our exceptions. The staff were amazing & nothing was too much to ask for. Food was top notch. The beach was awesome & we enjoyed the lovely walks along the waters edge, most of our stay we were the only ones on the beach, even when the tour boats came in which was only for about 1hour a couple of times during our stay it was still enjoyable. Swimming in the sea was very safe, the waters were so clean. We will certainly be back....

A very relaxing place in AntiguaPosted Jan 7, 2013
Excellent small resort situated away from some of the more touristy parts of the island. The staff are extremely helpful and go to great lengths to make sure that you are enjoying yourself. Plying you with drinks as you lounge on the daybeds on the beach watching the sun set, you will not find much to complain about. The food options are sometimes limited, but usually quite good giving you the choice between an island-inspired dish and something more classical. Good quality products. Mostly local.

On one of Antigua's best beachesPosted Apr 30, 2012
Small and intimate boutique hotel right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Antigua. Priceless location for those looking for pure relax and spending time on the beach. Staff is friendly and food was excellent. I would definitely come back or suggest this resort to a couple.

Very laid back and friendly staff. Perfect spot on the beach. Simple but nice rooms. Food was some of the best I've ever had!
