“a tropical delight”

This is a relatively small resort hotel on an exquisite beach. The tropical landscape has been artfully designed and provides a relaxing and peaceful setting to relax and enjoy all that has been established in a relatively small area. We were on the top floor and enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the ocean and the sunset as well as the birds who frequent the tropical sanctuary. The resort is on dickenson bay which is active. A sandals resort is a short walk away. You walk out the door and the beach is only feet away. The restaurant is excellent. If you prefer peace and quiet then you should consider siboney. The rooms are compact and the kitchenette is limited, but everything is clean and the staff were quite cordial, friendly and helpful.

“excellent..but no so for the nearest restaurant”

Had a really great stay at Siboneys..terrific location ..2 steps off the sand...the only dissapointment was the quite expensive restaurant right next to it...deep fried everything straight from the freezer to the fat pan..not my cup of tea at all!...i dont think it has ties to the hotel..just very convinient as it backs on to it...

“Siboney Beach/ A must see”

We loved the hotel. The location was divine, just steps to the most beautiful beach. The staff were most helpful, especially the owner, Tony, who even gave us a free bottle of wine coupon for a restaurant we dined at. We hardly wished to leave Siboney though because the restaurant downstairs, and right on the beach. The Coconut Grove, was delicious and wonderful. All of the rooms face an open courtyard that has trees and beautiful flowers that can be enjoyed on the little terrace outside the room. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the doors to the main living room lacked screens allowing mosquitoes in that bit me at night. After the first night of them feasting on me, we were given spray repellent as well as a plug in apparatus which alleviated the problem. Screens would make this place a 10. We still loved it!

“Very Good”

This is a great hotel if you want a secluded, peaceful, relaxing place to unwind. Only a few yards from a lovely (small) beach with great views along the bay. At night I fell asleep listening to the ocean waves. The hotel has a small, secluded, well maintained garden with a nice pool but to be honest I never used it and it was so nice on the beach. Accomodation is suites, separate bedroom, shower room sitting room with galley kitchen. Some of the furniture, soft furnishings could be described as a bit tired and my coffee machine needed to be replaced which was a bit disappoining as I was staying in a 'superior' suite. Hotel does not have it's own restaurant but there is a great one just next door who allows guests of the Sibony to set up an account on producing a credit card. Wifi is also available but I found the signal to be weak and it to be incredibly slow.
