It was average overall. I don't travel very much, twice a year, but have NEVER had wireless service that was THIS GOOD!! I will stay here on my was back to Florida in fall!!

Nice hotel close to interstate

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, staff was very courteous. Our room was very clean and spacious. We didn't spend a lot of time in it but the bed was super comfy and the shower was phenomenal!! Would definitely stay again

Hotel was to close to the interstate for the noise. I could hear each individual car as it passed. I even had to wear earplugs to go to sleep. Property and rooms were in great shape though. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a very old hotel that has been updated with new items and paint, old doors and weatherstripping accounted for the noise.

Hotel is right on the highway and very load if you are on that side of the hotel. I called the front desk for an extra blanket and pillow and the front desk said they were short staffed and it would be a while till they could bring them to me. After calling back two more times over a three hour period I finally gave up. Rooms are out dated and dingy/dirty feeling. I booked a three night stay and tried to contact hotels . com to find me a new hotel and they weren't any help. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is definitely in my top 5 worst experiences EVER!!!

Horrible experience

My friends & I were traveling 6 hours for a music video shoot in Nashville. I knew we were going to arrive late so I phoned ahead to let the hotel know that we would be arriving super late ( in the middle of the night). Upon check in the front desk clerk told us that he was just about ready to sell our room to another person. I explained that I had called and was told no problem because my room was guaranteed with my master card. He said well I booked with a third party- Hotels.com and that those reservations are second to regular business. I was furious. Once we get to our room, the air was not cold, the microwave was broke. The real sticker is that they authorized a huge sum of money on my credit card for only a two night stay. I am still hassling with them to get my money released. This is a hotel that offers no extras like movies or food- there is no reason to to have a huge sum of money for a incidental hold. I do not recommend this property at all. Horrible horrible experience!!!

Room was old and "tired"; dusty; bath mat was damp, towels were like cardboard. Breakfast was in an old dilapidated building across from the entrance.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever!

I travel weekly for business and this was the worst experience I have ever had. The walls are paper thin and on each side of me I had loud obnoxious neighbors. I called the front desk several times, they kept saying we will take care of it, but nothing was ever done. I could have gotten a better night sleep in the back of my car. To add insult to injury they told me they wouldnt do anything about it the next morning. So I called corporate and they offered me a tenth of what I paid for the room to pease me. Needless to say I will not be staying at a best western ever again!
