Warm welcome in Bay Cottage B&BPosted Apr 7, 2015 on Hotels
We were welcome by Elizabeth. Even though B&Bs check-in hours are from 4PM to 10PM, Elizabeth had no problems to wait for us till 11 PM. Thank you for such a warm welcome. The stay at Bay Cottage B&B made our visit to NI unforgettable. It is in good location, calm area, easy to access Belfast, Giants Causeway, other nice places. You will need a car though.

Wonderful stay, amazing breakfastPosted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: Everything was perfect in my view, particularly the special breakfast.
Cons: Location may not suit everyone as it's approx 5 miles from town but the tranquility suited out anniversary stay.

Stayed in a beautiful room with views of the lough. Tranquil location not far from town and directions were easy to follow. Room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was amazing and included freshly baked bread, homemade jams and a delicious cooked meal. Our host was very welcoming and promptly replied to emails before arrival. As you can tell, we were very impressed with this accommodation and hope to return one day.

would stay againPosted Oct 5, 2014 on Hotels
Very, comfortable, friendly and picturesque. Excellent food. The only downside , I could not connect to wifi from my room. I did not want to disturb Elizabeth since it was late at night. Maybe a better signal is available in the home.Would definitely stay again.

Hidden GemPosted Jun 19, 2014 on Hotels
We only stayed at Bay Cottage one night during a tour of the island, but it was definitely a highlight. We were late arrive due to car problems, and Elizabeth was still there to welcome us. She also recommended several area attractions based on our route. Breakfast was very good, and the other patrons were very friendly. We would definitely return.

Lots of nice extrasPosted Jun 19, 2014 on Hotels
This B&B is the standard to which others should aspire. Down bedding, real coffee in the room, dressing gowns provided, and what a breakfast! Homemade bread was fantastic, and the selection of breakfast items was enhanced by Elizabeth's pre-stay email asking for preferences and dislikes. Since my husband doesn't eat many typical breakfast foods, this was most appreciated. The setting is also lovely on the shore of the lake. We will definitely be back!

Lovely B&B in peaceful, rural location nr BelfastPosted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels
Lovely cottage on the eastern edge of Lough Neagh. Close to Belfast international airport, and 30 mins from Belfast city, but very quiet and peaceful rural setting. Comfort and cleanliness was excellent, and Elizabeth's hospitality and home baked food was first class. Very good location for exploring Northern Ireland by car.
