The apartment itself, on two levels, was lovely, and quite comfortable. The location of the property was great, just 15 mins from the station. But the room was noisy, in terms of hearing the banging about of other apartment users. There were dead bugs squashed against ceilings and walls. The heating didn't work. On the third day, the WiFi stopped working. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The check-in took too long, as the reception was unmanned and we waited for a little while until someone came out to greet us and check us in. We were given an upgrade to a big flat and that was a nice surprise. The flat had a note asking us to clean the kitchen before we left to avoid being charged for cleaning. I find that excessive. This is a hotel after all and it is expected for room maids to clean after you when you check out.

Superb Front Desk Staff; Comfortable Apartment
The front desk staff were exceptional. I am sorry that I did not get all of their names, but I do remember Winston very well, a kind and friendly soul. Their thoughtfulness and kindness went a long way towards making my stay memorable. In addition, the room (actually, apartment with kitchenette) to which I was assigned was roomy, bright, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was convenient and I have nothing to suggest in the way of improvement. The online photos were representative of the apartment in which I stayed.

The property itself was very nice, staff was kind and very helpful. The area around is pretty much walking distance which is great. The only flaw I'd say is that the walls are thin so noisy with neighbors.

Bit weird. The bed is comfy, room big and all is clean. Very outdated and despite telling them I would arrive late (around 10.30pm) I got asked ‘why so late’ when I arrived. Isn’t this what happens at a hotel?

Overall was ok, just they charge parking regardless of usage or or without your authorization, you need make sure to get the money back for it... Smell of cigarette smoke im the room and sharp urine smell in the lavatory when I told them by email the response that I got was: "our cleaning team doesn't smell it"

Comfortable aparthotel especially for longer stay
Arass Business Aparthotel is conveniently located a few kilometers from the Antwerp city center, with the easy access to E19 motorway. It has an ample covered car parking in the inner yard (at the extra fee), entrance from the main street, very easy to park and get in and out. Hotel building is old, but it seems recently refurbished. Very attentive and responsive reception staff (however, limited working hours: 8:00-17:30, outside these hours the entrance is with the code for the self check-in and the electronic card). We stayed in the Penthouse apartment, which is very bright and spacious, featuring up to ceiling windows and large terrace. Apartment consists of the bedroom and living-room with the separate kitchen corner. Good soundproofing, since we haven't heard any noise. Apartment is simply decorated (slightly lacking of the modern style), but is cozy, warm, clean and equipped with all necessary facilities for the comfortable stay. It has the individually adjustable heating, two air-conditioning units in both rooms, two flat-screen TVs, comfortable bed with good quality bedding, including extra pillows. Good shower with the normal water pressure. Excellent WI-FI. There is a big Supermarket Delhaize in the front of the hotel, where we found everything we needed and even more. Overall, it's a comfortable aparthotel, especially suitable for a longer stay.

The hotel was excellent for me because it was as close to what I needed The disadvantage was there. The air conditioning system is not under your control So when I wanted to cold it did not work Because the managers there are determining how cold you will be in the room. And this is not normal in a regular hotel

Aparthotel near Centraal Station
Spacious room with kitchen on 6th floor with view of city. Kitchen rather sparsely equipped, maid service erratic.Check in after 5.30 is by a machine, time consuming after a long journey but worked Ok. Ring them if you know you will arrive late, they will send you instructions.Parking is on site & fine. 10 minutes walk to station, tram nearby. Easy to find from Ring road.

Great stay
The room was lovely with plenty of space for us. The stairs were quite scary tho with no banister on side away from wall. Having the toilet downstairs and bathroom upstairs was not a good use of the space. It's about a good 10-15 min walk to closest entrance to station then another 5 mins walking to other end where all the trains go from. We did not have the hotel breakfast as having a kitchenette meant we could do breakfast on our schedule from supermarket across the road.

Post refurbishment prices, pre refurbishment room.
They are in the middle of a refit from the looks of it. Pictures of rooms looked great, actual room was completely different and would have been better value at half the price. Was charged extra for parking which wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Clean, well-located flat, free parking
We were in town for a concert at the Sportspaleis so chose Arass as it was relatively well located for getting there by taxi and it had free parking (we were driving). We had an apartment with a kitchen and a loft style bed. Everything was clean and worked and there was a big TV. If you're thinking about cooking you might struggle to make much as there were two pots and limited utensils. The kettle was hidden under the sink. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Big supermarket across the road. All in all a good stay and would probably stay again if looking for more self-contained accommodation. There are some renovated apartments as well which looked very nice.

+ huge supermarket across the street + short walk to the main station + 24/7 checkin + rental bicycle across the street (online registration beforehand needed) -Iron is missing for a business hotel -toilet upstairs would be more helpful than downstairs

Aucune explication pour se reperer ...ascenseur réception parking un peu compliqué, il faut tirer sur une corde pour sortir du parking ( cela aurait été sympa de nous le dire ...) les appartements côté rue sont hyper bruyants , tres mauvaise insonorisation, passage de voiture , de véhicule d urgence toute la nuit avec les sirenes ...impossible de dormir correctement Les escaliers pour monter aux chambres ne sont pas sécurisés, c est tres dangereux ! Le logement etait néanmoins propre et assez bien équipé mais le bruit de la route associé aux travaux juste en face sont insupportables

Ligeglad personale ved ankomst, hele hotellet lugtede fælt , da vi kom var det af brædt karry fordi der var nogen der lavede mad med åben dør så den blev hængene hele tiden. Der skulle være mulighed for at lave kaffe/te men der var hverken el- kedel eller kaffemaskine. Det var et ikke ryger hotel , alligevel stod der en spand på vores rerasse fyldt med cigaretskodder. Vi skuĺle selv sørge for botskaffelse af affald. Selv til morgenmad var det et personale der virkede til ikke gide at være der, kun reseptionisten ved afrejse var et lyspunkt.

Alors en points positifs je dirais que l’hébergement dans le loft était super, l’appartement est très joli et l’emplacement de l’hôtel idéal (20 min à pied du centre ville, le tram juste en bas et pas mal de commerces à proximité) Le bémol concerne la propreté. L’appartement n’était pas sale en soi mais aucune femme de ménage n’est passé en 5 jours de location. Apparemment elles passeraient 1x par semaine car les réservations sont généralement longues (mais pour moi ce n’est pas justifiable, en 5 jours elles auraient dut passer au moins 1 fois) et de plus lors de notre séjour arrivé, l’appartement sentait très fort le curry et cela jusqu’à notre départ malgré l’aération et les différents désodorisants vaporisés. Petit point en plus : la wifi n’est pas super Pour le reste, c’était Ok

Overall, it is a good hotel. Good points: reasonable price, large room, and good lobby. the location is closed to the Jewish community, which means closed to the diamonds shop. Negative points: the room is towards the street, so it will be very noisy in the morning. Customer needs to deposit 250 eur with credit card during checkin as guarantee. it is too high for such a room. Due to some technique reasons, my depot is not released during check out. i need to wait for about 20 days to get them back.

De kamer was ruim en netjes. Bedden waren gerieflijk en comfort was goed. De keuken was heel basis en er stond maar weinig materiaal. Echt koken lijkt me hier lastig, maar voor 1 nacht is het zeker te doen. In de badkamer miste ik een bodylotion, maar misschien ben ik gewoon verwend :-) (er was wel douchegel en shampoo aanwezig). De ligging was goed. Het centrum is niet ver wandelen en recht tegenover het hotel is een Delhaize. Al bij al een erg prettige ervaring, ook in coronatijden.

L'alloggio dista meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla splendida stazione centrale di Anversa, di fronte alla struttura c'e un supermercato grande e fornito..e questi purtroppo sono gli unici punti positivi! Alloggiavamo in un appartamento basic su 2 livelli, l'abbiamo trovato sporco, con briciole sul tavolo, dentifricio nel lavandino e pavimenti macchiati, almeno le lenzuola erano pulite..le pentole sporche e vecchie, alcune inutilizzabili, le posate erano sporche e le abbiamo dovute lavare, frigo sporco e vecchio, insonorizzazione inesistente sia nei confronti dei vicini di camera che del traffico esterno. Divano con svariate macchie e vetrata piena di manate. In 4 giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e abbiamo dovuto cercare qualcuno che ci lasciasse carta igienica ,asciugamani puliti e un sacchetto nuovo di immondizia (e ovviamente l'immondizia ce la siamo dovuta buttare noi). Pessima esperienza, troppo sporco e menefreghismo degli addetti, alle 17.30 la reception chiude e tu sei lasciato a te stesso. Si prendono una caparra di 250 euro per tutelarsi da tuoi eventuali danni, ma dovrebbero essere loro a darteli per la loro incompetenza.

Il servizio di pulizia viene effettuato prima dell'arrivo dell'ospite e dopo la sua partenza con un'accurata aspirazione e pulizia di tutti gli ambienti dell'appartamento. La nostra reception è operativa 7 giorni su 7 dalle 8:00 alle 17:30, ma siamo comunque disponibili 24 ore su 24 per poter rispondere al meglio alle esigenze dei nostri ospiti e saremo felici di poter garantire loro tutto l'aiuto di cui necessitano. A questo proposito le avremmo sicuramente fornito delle padelle e degli utensili maggiormente funzionali a quelli già presenti nell'appartamento se ce ne avesse fatto richiesta. ruime kamer met uitzicht over de stad, maar voor een 3 sterren overgewaardeerd. Geen waterkoker in het eigen keukentje en een slecht werkende airco waardoor de ruimte ' s avonds niet verwarmd kon worden, na melding bij de receptie uiteindelijk wel een extra elektrisch heatertje gekregen om de ruimte toch wat warm te krijgen. Ook wel eens op betere bedden geslapen voor die prijs, geen standaard extra kussens

Dette er Ikke Business Hotel men et studenter Hotel.... larm streng lugt af mad. Efter kl. 17.30 var dören laast man skulle bruge en kode som man fik oplyst af en meget uhöflig kvinde som saa gav mig den forkerte kode....... efter at have ventet 15 min kom der en ung mand og hjalp mig ind han var derimod meget höflig og hjälpsom! Men ellers meget upersonligt!

Kleines Appartment in der Nähe vom Bahnhof
Das Appartmenthotel liegt schön nahe zur Innenstadt, wir konnten von dort aus alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Angeneht ist dass, das Hotel einen eigenen Parkplatz hat (kostet zusätzlich). Das Appartments war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es eignet sich, wenn man nicht unbedingt im Hotel essen will. Wir waren aus, oder haben selber gekocht. Direckt gegenüber liegt auch ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt (sehr praktisch).
