Stylish and cosy, friendly professional staff

Pros: huge comfy bed and soft duvet and pillows, excellent lighting in bedroom and bathroom
Cons: our room was cold and we needed to ask twice to put the heating on (after that it was fine) and that the steam room was out of service
Location: very convenient location for sights, shopping and trams
Boutique hotel with individually designed rooms (all different so perhaps state your choice when booking). young staff very friendly and professional. Nice set breakfast, super coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice. Very cosy and stylish a good winter choice. .

feels like an apartment instead of a hotel...nice

Very good experience as the room is serene and conveniently laid out though not big. Very close to town shopping and other restaurants but not to mention the great restaurant they have inside the hotel. The stay felt like I rented an apt in Antwerp instead of stayed at a hotel because there's no check in desk or lobby you just go straight to your room and each floor is very quiet and secluded. I personally like that feeling very much but some may feel "neglected" if they want the "hotel" feeling.
