Pros: The pool was open
Cons: the service
Location: was close to interstate
Hotel was dirty, they only made up one bed one day, and the bathroom looked like all they did was change the towels and not clean anything else

Could use improvement.

We found the queen size beds to be very hard. The air conditioning ineffective and very noisy. The staff we dealt with only involved the front desk and breakfast area. The front desk staff (1 clerk) was very busy when we arrived at 5:00 pm on a Friday. The breakfast area has 4 tables and the serving area is fine for a couple of people at once, however overcrowded and hard to use with more than that. On Monday morning the desk clerk was in charge of everything. Meaning we ran out of dishes, bread for toast, scrambled eggs and milk. This is no fault of the clerks', he was overworked covering both areas.

Good news and bad news. The beds were rock hard and very thin pillows. The desk help was pleasant but not very personable. Lobby decor was kind of goofy with a mix of India and wild west. When we inquired about an additional night they wanted to "negotiate" a much higher price so we declined. Positives were accepting pets, location, shower, and cleanliness. You get what you pay for and this was just a two star hotel. Don't expect a resort.

Pros: The pools and hot tub were nice.
Cons: My least favorite thing was the lack of AC in the common areas.
Location: The location was great. Right off I the Idaho exit on 60.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The common areas are not air conditioned and were a little too warm even though it was cool and rainy outside. This is our third stay here and we will use this hotel again on our next visit. Breakfast is ok with premade pancakes scrambled eggs and toast. The coffee is very good. Overall it is a nice hotel for the price.

Pros: Location
Cons: Shabby
The hotel is becoming shabby although it is clean. We were welcomed by a filthy Super 8 door mat and we were dismayed by the clutter in the lobby area. It's dreadfull...too much stuff. Strings of lights are strung over the front desk and breakfast areas. The room was clean but had patched carpeting and it was in need of a deep cleaning including the walls and doors. The advertised breakfast was disappointing. I heard others commenting on the limited offering. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast and cereal. No fruit , yogurt etc. Most frightening of all, they don't use disposable dinnerware. My husband asked for a bowl for his cereal. The breakfast attendant took a bowl just used by another customer, ran it under water at the sink and gave it to him. Should be required to have disposable everything!

Pros: Right off hwy way
Cons: Photo copy visa card front and back potential credit card fruad.
Location: Dated and need of remodel.
Breakfest sucks, they need allot of work here to be compitive with the ther hotesl. Was very dis appointed that they have to photo copy your visa card for there records. I have had credit fraud before and I don't like to give up card number and CVV number for there record. I had plan on staying three nights, but cut it to one knight. The A/C in the room is old and makes way to much nose and got about zero sleep. I wish I had ear plugs. If you want a cheap price for a room go ahead and sacrifice your sleep. the mattress was hard and pillow small. Thumbs down on this hotel.

Disappointing.....

I felt this motel was expensive for what it offered....tired decor, hard beds, smelly lobby and halls, skimpy breakfast. If I hadn't already paid hotels.com for 4 nights, we would have moved. I will look for another motel next time we visit Apache Junction.

The proprietors living on second floor, Cooked g Indian cuisine. The breakfast was served on plates that were washed by hand by the night auditor. Beds were lumpy
