The room was clean and was very quiet. The staff was very friendly. However, we stayed for two nights and maid service didn't ask if we needed clean towels or anything. Our 2nd day we went to breakfast with our two grand sons. They only had a few bowls of cereal, some yogurt and fruit cups to choose from, and the coffee was cold.

I will say that despite the issues I am going to list, the woman at the front desk (blue hair) was absolutely amazing and the only reason that I even decided to stay at all. First room was extremely dirty. Makeup was on the sheets so it was obvious they werent changed. Theres was a fruit sticker on the headboard. Blood stain on a pillow. The curtains were covered in dust and stains. And the phone didnt work. We were moved to another room and as soon as I turned on the light I noticed stains on the sheets. Plus the floors upstairs feel like they are gonna cave in and made loud noises just from walking. I was then upgraded to a suite, but I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of this location and will not choose to stay here again.

Clean and quiet. Great value for the cost. I work over the road construction,so I live in hotels and the 3 things I take extra notice of is convenience to restaurants and stores,cleanliness and noise level. All in all satisfied with my stay and will stay again when Im in the area

Had trouble checking in. I had listed by Expedia the proper hotel but when I arrived they had no reservation for me. I did get a room for 3 nights for more money than the Expedia listing price. Hotel was fine.

It was a great place to stay and the staff was super friendly but they need to clean the rooms better. I had to clean the hot tub because it was gross the rag i used to clean it was disgusting and there were cobwebs all over the ceilings and in the corners of the wall and one of the tables had something sticky spilled all over it and it wasnt cleaned up at all. After getting the hottub cleaned it still looked awful due to the paint peeling off the bottom and one of the jets were broken but it still worked great. It was overall a great place to stay they just need to clean the rooms better.

A Winter’s Night Stay
Had to ring a bell to get someone to check me in. The telephone in the room was dead. Had difficulty getting the tv to work. One of the wall lamps did not work. In the wee hours of morning the fire alarm came on for a couple of seconds. Long enough and loud enough to awaken us.One bath towel. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Care was given to reduce passage of germs. Even the tv remote control had been sanitized and put in a plastic covering. Large wall mounted tv. Each slice of bread at breakfast was placed in a plastic sleeve.

I’ve only stayed at this place twice for funerals in the area (Castlewood). Not because we like the place. But because there is very limited options for accommodations within a 20 mile radius. There is a Holiday Inn Express within sight of this place. However, there are always booked up. So I’ve never had the opportunity to stay there. It’s just okay. Could it be cleaner? Definitely. The floors needed to be vacuumed better and I found long black hair in my bed when I turned it down. They also only do housekeeping once every 3 days. Keep that in mind. It really needs to be seriously refurbished. There is ripped carpet on the stairs, unknown stains on the walls and ceiling, my bathroom tile and grout was cracked and moving when I walked on it, the shower heads are mostly clogged with calcium deposits. The breakfast offered was not good. The only thing hot, was if you made toast or put a pre packaged frozen waffle into the toaster. I probably will never have to use this place ever again, since I won’t have a reason to have to go to that area anymore.
