train your front desk people better. the poor lady that was registering us in, was having a very hard time finding us, seeing that we had already paid. she ended up quitting that morning.

“Daughters wedding”

My wife and I stay there everytime we visit our daughter. The rooms are clean and the service is good.

Only stayed one night but this was second time at this place in 2 years. Good hotel for someone on a budget and pretty decent place to stay.

“Not Many Choices is Norton, Va.”

Of the three choices that one may have in Norton, Virginia, this hotel is probably near the bottom or middle. Of course that is not saying much since there are only three options. The value of this hotel was exceptional and it was moderately comfortable for a two-star hotel. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay that is also clean and comfortable, look no further. This is your hotel. If you are used to more ammenities, then you will need to look to a higher star-level. That is what I was told by a friend. LOL.

“Not Impressed”

They wre in the process of replacing the carpet...noisey! The room was NOT clean!

“NEVER AGAIN!”

The hotel smelled disgustingly of smoke the minute we walked in, even though the sign said it was a smoke-free facility with the exception of designated rooms. The room was clean, which we appreciated. The plumbing was the most horrible part...we were almost asleep when the desk called and said our room was dripping on them. We said we couldn't see anything and went back to sleep. Just as we got back to sleep, the people knocked on our door to complain about the leak. Nobody offered a solution...what were we supposed to do? In the morning, neither the toilet nor the tub would drain.

“Bad experience, will not stay here again.”

Rude staff at check-in. Also, she could not show the room location on a floor plan map, so we had to find it ourselves. Wi-fi did not work properly, staff was again rude and not helpful at all. Corridors smelled strongly of oil base or enamel paint and cigarette smoke. Room smelled strongly of paint. Mattresses needed turning or replacing. If i am ever in the area, I will not stay there again.
