"Very quiet, very friendly and convenient location."
Very clean, nice and friendly place to stay. I wanted to avoid the central part of the city because of the eventual noise and the busy traffic to move around (I travel by motorcycle). Although I did not have parking facilities together with the accomodation, I found private parking easily avalable next door. This place is located conveniently close to Rome city centre, only a very few train stations away, maybe 5 to Termini. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around. There is a spermarket 50 yards away I you need to do your own shopping. Most important : My host was very nice and helpful which made feel almost at home. I would not hesitate to go back there or to recommend it to somebody else, no bad surprises to find. Very good and nice experience!

This was a very nice place to stay while in Rome. The location is not extremely close to all the major sights, but it is not too far away. The owner was extremely helpful, and I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to others.

A lovely B&B in a safe residential area within easy reach of the historic centre. Elena is the perfect host, very welcoming and made some very good restaurant suggestions. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and stylish.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are small but the space is well optimized and functional. There are places to sit, room for luggage and hanging clothes. The room is contemporary, modern fixtures, small shower (typical for Rome), has air conditioning. The lobby area is small but offers other places to sit. Breakfast was very basic but enough for a start to the day. The price is very reasonable for Rome.
Location is excellent. You get to experience life of the people of Rome, not tourists. There are all kinds of shops nearby and restaurants. Prices are more reasonable. The hotel is steps from the metro. It's close to the train station which means you can train to the airport or other parts of Italy. We took a taxi to the Int'l airport and it was $50 euros.
There is always someone at the desk to help with suggestions or arranging a taxi. Nice people and customer service focused.
A tip for those using this hotel ...
The hotel is on 2nd floor (starts at floor 0) in a mixed use building. The front door of the building is locked. You must press the buzzer to get access, go to the 2nd floor to find the door to the hotel. It's not intuitive but workable.

My Boyfriend and I (20 years old) stayed in this hotel at the end of May for 4 nights. We booked an en-suite room however when we turned up at the hotel, we we're told the en-suite had been double booked for one night. This was not at all a problem, we we're moved to a room with a shared bathroom and the next morning moved to the room we originally booked. The two rooms we stayed in were clean, and just like in the pictures, had a wonderful view.
The bed and breakfast was literally a 2 minute walk from the metro, which we used quite often. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the colosseum. The area seems very safe although we generally didn't spend much time there.
The host and cleaner were lovely and very helpful. Would defiantly recomend staying in this b&b, it had everything we needed for a short break and was a great base to explore Rome.

The hospitality of Mr. Leonardo was just amazing. Also, as others have mentioned, this guesthouse is a nice, cozy place at a convenient location within 10 min by Metro from central Rome. There is also an amazing, family-owned restaurant within walking distance called "osteria del cavaliere" that we really liked and highly recommend. This restaurant requires reservations but was great to go to for dinner after returning from touring the main attractions of Rome all day. Overall, it was a great experience especially considering the great price!

We stayed here for four nights in September and were highly impressed with how everything was done. This is a lovely place to stay at, and offers some of the more personal touches that we really appreciated such as texting us to ask if we would like picked up at the airport, and giving us a map - annotated with all their personal suggestions of places to visit. Breakfast is basic but nice, done in a quaint way whereby you go to the kitchen whenever you would like breakfast - without set times - and help yourself. If requested, they will even make you up a small container with cheese and meats for each morning with your name on it. We were also given a key so could enter and leave the B&B whenever we pleased. The only drawback was that we were in the only room next to a road and it was a little noisy at times.

We had a brilliant time in Rome because of the ease of getting around the city and back to the hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from the underground metro service and is in a pleasant area of Rome. The only hassle we had was when we arrived. We had to wait outside the building for half an hour to wait for the owners to let us in. However this is because we didn't read the small print saying you should ring them to state your expected time of arrival. The do not keep someone on site at all times and the B&B is part owned by a hotel nearby so the reception is there instead.
Overall we had a fantastic time and I would thoroughly recommend this B&B. We will be going back again in the future.

Don't use a car in Rome...parking is a nightmare. Public transport, the bus and metro are an easy five minute walk from this B & B. There were four of us, including our teens. Two shared bathrooms, but cleaned well on a daily basis. The owner, Vitorrio lives upstairs and is a very kind and welcoming person. Milk, cereal, pastries, waters, juices are all provided in a full kitchen where I enjoyed cooking with fresh Italian ingredients after a day of exploring the city. We hope to come back one day. Grazi, Vittorio!
