I initially booked a room for four nights. Later on I added a fifth night on the front end of the reservation. I checked in and the first night went fine. While I was out at my event. They entered my room and took all of my belongings and transferred them to another room. One item went missing. There was no need to transfer my belongings and enter my room in the middle of my reservation. They said it was Expedia's fault because the specific rooms they booked me in for the one night and the four nights they were different but they easily could have accommodated. Other than the room number, nothing changed. Unconscionable. On the plus side, the pool in hot tub we're working. Many hotels have not restarted their pools as a cost saving measure.
