“Great Place to stay”

Pretty good location, staff was friendly and room was very clean

Hotel is a great location for downtown activites but is in dire need of updating Old beds TV .. ac and heating work poor at best , No stafff to speak of ever seen

“Where's the pool?”

This hotel is NOTHING like it looks like on the web! Don't be fooled! It's average at best and a bit on the dumpy side. The lobby is all lipstick and rouge because the rest of the place doesn't look like that at all!

“Questionable”

First of all, know that there were no hotel rooms within a 45 mile radius of a concert we attended...so we were grateful to have a room at all. the hotel has potential...if only they would pay attention to some details, like cleaner room; clean curtains; how about a TV bigger than a 27 inch; just modernize things a bit. Also, we had booked two rooms, each with a kingsize bed. The room that our friends stayed in, did not have a mattress cover on the bed. When we arrived at midnight, they only had us down for one room. We ultimately did get two rooms, but each of the rooms featured double beds, not a kingsize bed

“Not Recommended”

Couldn't check in tell after 3, which is not too convenient for a wedding party. I booked single king bed and ended up with 2 doubles. The bed felt like a trampoline. Rude staff at the front desk. Some staff was having trouble seeing that I booked through expedia. Breakfast brunch was low on everything.

“Horrible. Letting it go to waste.”

This hotel is in the perfect location but whoever owns it doesn't care anymore. Beautiful hotel and they are letting it rot.

“concert goer”

The reviews mentioned this was an old noisy and outdated hotel and it did not dissapoint. But it was close to the concert and a place to stay without driving.

“Don't use this hotel”

The hotel room was dirty, mold on the bathroom walls. The curtains were falling down and didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable, the linens and towels were very old. The hotel was is extremely overpriced. The hotel needs complete renovation.

“The Worst Ever”

The cloth schroud over the hotel chain logo and rigid printed sign should have told me something. The horrible smell from some of the rooms that made the hallway almost impassible should have told me something again. The rotting concrete steps from the garage and the lack of other people around also should have told me once again. But is was that they never cleaned my room for 3 days that finally reached me... this was the worst hotel-like substance I've ever experienced !
