“Nice Overnight Stay”
The room was nice and clean and the front desk service was excellent. The best part of the stay was the fantastic breakfast on real plates with real silverware! Lots of choices including scrambled eggs, waffles, fuit, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal. Would definitely recommend to others.
“Great Stay in Appleton”
The hotel was in a great location for the trip I was on. The service was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean.

“Good Value”
For the price, this property offers good value. The location is ideal and the hotel/rooms are well maintained. Great restaurants within close proximity. The hotel is non-smoking, which was great for me. However, you may want to avoid a room next to the side exit doors (unless you are a smoker) as the smell of smoke can be heavy at times.
“Not up to to the chain's standard”
Two disappointments. First, the temperature control on the shower didn't work. One time too hot to take a shower another time only cold water. The desk clerk was very apologetic, but.... Alone in the lobby, I waited to ask the desk clerk a simple question, but was kept waiting nearly ten minutes while she helped someone on the phone with a reservation. The paying customer standing in front of you is more important than the one on the phone who might become a customer. This was a different clerk, who was again very apologetic, but....
“Very convenient, quiet and friendly!”
This hotel is within walking distance of the Fox River Mall. Also located right off of US 41 near many franchise restaurants. The pool area is always very clean, the continental breakfast is tasty and we have found the staff to always be helpful and courteous.
