“In the area? Stay at HGI-Oshkosh”

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. If you go out to eat I would recommend Benvenutos....GREAT FOOD!!

“An enjoyable stay”

The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for my children and well maintained, The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet, and the food was good. We would definitely go back or recommend it to others going to the Oshkosh/Appleton area.

“Would Stay There Again”

Didn't use the pool, hot tub or fitness room. While the fitness room was small, everything was clean. They even had a 'fitness kit' you could check out from the desk. We weren't there long, but was was most impressive was there breakfast buffet. Besides the food you helped yourself to, they ordered and prepared to your specifications, other items (waffles, pancakes, french toast, omelets, eggs, potatoes, sausage) so they were fresh for you. The waitress was so nice and attentive...then the chef came out to see how our food was. Excellent service for the buffet. We enjoyed our stay. Check in with the Expedia purchase was quick and easy too.

The rooms were larger than normal hotel rooms. Very good location for UW-Oshkosh and EAA.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. The hotel also has a very convenient location and is very clean.

“Very nice for Oshkosh”

It was the first time I've ever been to Oshkosh, and honestly, wasn't expecting much. However, this hotel was fairly nice and it had decent amenities like indoor heated pool and small fitness center, a business center... all which were open and available 24 hours a day. The WiFi internet worked just fine and I was even able to watch Netflix when I connected my computer to the flat screen tv in the room. The first room they put me in was a bit noisy because apparently it was located near the boiler and there was an annoying humming sound rumbling through the floor., but they relocated me across the wing and it was fine, other then the cobwebs that were forming on the upper part of the curtains. I asked for fresh towels to be put in my room because I got a late start and missed the maid service, however, the towels never came. This was just a slight oversight on an overall nice stay. I'd recommend the place, even with these things. It's located near the freeway and many businesses are conveniently less than a few minutes away.

“Well worth my $$$”

Had to travel on short notice to Oshkosh, WI and needed a place to stay close to downtown and easy to highway access. The Hilton fit the bill and so I booked through Expedia who had the best price. Everything was above what was expected for the amount I was charged. i had a special request and the customer service desk more than willingly helped me out. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Not Bad!!”

Over all the stay was good. They did have computers that you could use down in a room by the lobby if you didn't have a laptop. That was nice. It was close to everything. I would stay again.
