Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh

Surprisingly, no one cleaned it for my second day. And, I was out most of Saturday. Desk folks were helpful when I needed a ride to a wedding reception. They drove me in the hotel van.

The service was great and the location. The room was comfortable except for the bed. It must of been an old foam mattress that really was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Beds were a little lumpy, but bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathroom was also a nice size. Overall the hotel was very beautiful inside. It had snowed a few days earlier and the sidewalks and parking lot were not very well cleaned up. There was no way into the hotel without walking through snow.

The hotel service was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfy. Loved the super soft comforter and squishy pillows. The pool was great, but the hot tub smelled bad. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the rate.

It was a very nice upscale hotel.

The hotel was perfect for our winter get away. The kids enjoyed the pool. My son left a stuffed animal there and housekeeping was able to locate and FedEx back to us. The service and follow up was fantastic.

Nice central location in Oshkosh. The hotel staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was only set up to clean the rooms for the morning period and since we were sleeping in got towels but no option to have them return later to make up the rooms. No biggy but would have been nice to return to freshened up room. The heated pool was pleasant to exercising.
