Windows looked like they had not been washed in years. TV had no volume unless I reset it each time by pulling out plug in back and re-plugging it (I watched a hotel staffer do it once and I had to repeat it each time). Hair dryer in bathroom looked very old but worked fine. Good shower--VERY comfortable bed. Noise level was consistent with an older property--I had to wear ear-plugs to not hear doors closing at night on the floor. No free breakfast and pool/hot tub (one of the reasons we chose the hotel) heater broke the second night and we never got to use either. Some rooms smelled like smoke (one of my colleagues changed rooms) even though it is a non-smoking property. Needs a little TLC and a good cleaning and a breakfast to really meet most of the standards of a newer business-class hotel!

“staff is great”
Staff was very nice and the room was very clean, on the other hand it was also noisy. A lot of noise in the hallway and from the venting system.

“No surprises welcome here.”
If you don't want the stress of surprises choose this hotel. It delivered what it said it would and delivered it while showing respect to the customer. The small amount of mold in the creases at the bathroom was the only drawback.

“Nicest staff ever!”
The hotel was extremely nice. Free airport shuttle was included. The location could not be beat. Next door to the hotel is a Fuddrucker's & an Outback. Across the street is the mall. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable and larger than expected. Beds were a bit soft, but not terrible.

“VERY noisy Hotel”
Overall a nice hotel. However, the issues I encountered were kids running all over the place all hours of the day and overall just a very noisy hotel. The doors shutting and voices in the hallway can be heard inside the room which constantly woke me up. There was security persons tracking down all the unruly, unsupervised children causing nothing but mischief and it appeared to be a full time job for the security guy. The pool area was OK, but again a bunch of unsupervised kids. I wish I would have spent a little more money and stayed somewhere else. I would have actually gotten sleep and would have enjoyed swimming in the pool with my child.

“A good location after a Packer game”
It is a older hotel but in good shape. Great location for me and my family it had a clean pool and restaurants walking distance.
