“Very Good Night's Sleep!”
Clean & a very comfortable bed. Love the convenience of a mini fridge & microwave in the room.

The hotel was nice. It was conveniently located half a mile from a huge mall. The pool was nice and big enough. The continental breakfast was just OK.
“OK in Appleton”
Room I had was completely refurbished - new carpet, new paint, new furniture and new tile in the bath. No issues there. Breakfast was pretty medium, but a little fruit and coffee was fine. We were in town for school music auditions, so it met our needs - quiet and close to Lawrence.
“Pool experience”
We arrived on Friday and were told that the pool was not available because it had been shocked. One reason we booked our stay was because of the pool. We thought the pool could have been treated mid week prior to the weekend. Hotels generally are busier on the weekends than weekdays. Although we could not use the pool on Friday, it was available on Saturday. We did take advantage of the pool but then there were 6-8 unsupervised children that made the time in the pool short.
“Customer Deserve Better”
The hotel is ok. The next day i left the hotel early and after I came back the room was not clean and all the staff said that was that the cleaning staff was not available and I had to stay with dirty towel and the sheet were never change while I stay there for 4 days. I did not feel safe either because most of the time that I came back late there were time I did not see anybody at the front desk.
