The people were nice. Terrible amenities. Pool ADA access not working. Hot tub & Sauna also on fritz. We purposely selected the hotel for the pool for disabled. And, loud noises every day with dog barking and in/out traffic by visitors.

Don’t stay here, not a nice place and very inconvenient. Our room was right next to a dumpster that was used late into the night and then emptied early in the morning. Our beds were so broken down, there was a huge dip in the center. They falsely advertised about free airport shuttles and parking. We were charged $5 a day and had to find our own ride back from the airport. It would have been cheaper and more convenient to just park at the airport.

Every thing was good except when I got to get ready for the airport my shower wouldn’t turn on they offered to move me but it was too late I already got dressed for the airport he didn’t offer to give me my money back

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were good overall. They do offer complimentary shuttle to the airport via cab or Lyft! Breakfast was simple but quick with hot and cold items! Highly recommend for a cheap stay!

The whole place when you walked in was under construction, everything was covered with plaster and dust awful hard to find the room could hardly find the elevator

Turned out the hotel was under construction. Our room was in the middle of it . Very noisy. Very dirty. Drywall dust everywhere . On one day during construction power went out they never informed power would be out . Wound up stuck in shower full of soap in the dark . Hotel did nothing to rectify.

This particular property was under a big renovation. The fire department followed us in the building upon arrival and the staff was all wearing N95’s. The hotel, halls and rooms were covered in a fine dusting coating. We ended up not staying and asked for a refund. These renovations were never listed in their website, had we know we would have booked elsewhere.

They failed to disclose that the hotel was in the middle of a major renovation. Dust covered the entire building. Once we got into our room it was very run-down. The room smelled of weed and cheap dollar-store tropical air freshener. The bathroom was dingy, and the light flickered. We did not stay, we got a room at another nearby hotel. We have stayed at this location before, so very disappointed in our experience. Maybe after the renovation we can give it another shot!

We've been coming here since the 90's since it has the best and biggest pool around. We do miss the hot tub and sauna tho, those were closed. The hotel is undergoing a remodel so we will be interested to see how it turns out. We never heard the remodelers and our stay was nice and quiet. So many restaurants close by. The hotel has so much potential so hopefully it will rise to it.

Great location, great staff. Need to update the TV/cable system, 3 night stay and TV never worked. Staff were great in giving us new remotes but clearly not a remote problem.
