Nice resort hotel, private beach, close to town

Pros: Grand, elegant and spacious. Large beautifully landscaped garden leads into private beach. Water feature decor creates a relaxing resort atmosphere.
Cons: Perhaps refresh a little to look more new.
Location: Situated on the best beach strip. Close to town, a 10-15 mins walk. We arrived during Ramadan, where shops were closed and opened only from 9 pm on.
Enjoyed hotel's facilities and spa. Great hospitality service from front desk, to housekeeping, to concierge and an impeccable guest relations service. The concierge helped us arranged for a private car to drive us north from Aqaba to Petra (with an overnight in Petra), and then via Wadi Rum (they arranged for a 3-hour jeep tour of the desert /mountains/dunes and rested a short while at a Bedouin base where they offered us a most fragrant tea) and to our final destination in Amman...a most adventurous trip at a very reasonable price for the four of us. Love their fresh flower arrangements everywhere. Complimentary newspapers after signing for IHG membership, their loyalty program which encompasses many brand hotels internationally.

Best Beach in Aqaba

The hotel designed as a resort that you can find everything inside it including restaurants, activities and kind shows.

Pleasant hotel with beach, good pools and OK food

Pros: Good food in the Bar
Cons: Staff attitude.
No room available on arrival and were then given poor room on check in right next to elevator, had to push to get moved. Reception staff had poor attitude and the place was not welcomimg. Went to walk off the end of the beach and was corralled back into hotel ground by security man. Tried to arrange boat trip and the staff did not speak any English and then when one came who could the boat trip advertised daily only ran on the Friday! This is a 5 Star hotel with a 3 Star feel

Its a very beautifull hotel , the staff is very nice . Very clean . Just make sure they include breakfast with your RESV.

Family Friendly Hotel

Pros: The clean and long beach.
Cons: To increase the working hours of the Kids center and to supply it with few more toys to suit the different ages of the kids.
Location: Attraction points are little and visitors should be careful from Taxi drivers. The fees should be agreed upon with the taxi driver before moving.
This hotel is suitable for families with kids. The beach is wide and clean. It has few shops which provide the basic requirements that you may need in such a resort. The food was good especially the Lebanese restaurant. There is a kids center. The gym and spa are good too.
