A peine un hotel de 3 etoiles, pas de climatisation au lobby, la chaleur etait 35 Degre. tout est ancien dans les chambres, tout L'hotel a besoin de renouvellememt, Le personnels !!!!! pas de commentaires...........

Nice place!

Location: Located in town, right next door to the JETT bus terminal, walking distance to shopping and restaurants off the property.
This is a beautiful property, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. We were upgraded and loved the executive suite! The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious! The beach is decent -- this is an in-town property so you have a view of the marina -- with comfortable chaise lounges, plenty of shade, and the option to order food and drinks. The pools are beautiful. The property is clean and very professionally managed. Had a great stay here!

Now I remember why I stopped going there 7 yrs ago

Horrible staff, I requsted a extra bed at 8:45 pm. I took 2 1/2 hours and 6 calls to the front desk only to get aresponse finally from the night manager that he needs my 10 year old child ID so he can send me an extra bed to the room for a charge of $50. I called Thursday evening that A/C does not work in living area. They fixed it Friday night right before we went to bed, we checked out Saturday morning. The list of this type of service goes on and on.

Great stay, loved the private beach

Jättebra hotell i Aqaba

Mövenpick är en bra resort i Aqaba. Vi fick generös in och utcheckning, 100 m2 stort, lyxigt rum, fina pooler (en uppvärmd) och jättebra frukost. Bra strand i jämförelse med omgivningen. Allt var perfekt förutom följande: första dagen glömdes städningen (kl.18 när vi påpekade det kom de snabb och fixade det), två av tre dagar fick vi ingen påfyllning av läsk (som ingick fri) och det var många små flugor kring poolen och stranden.

Worth the money.

A very great shame that international tourism to the area seems to have been so badly affected by fears since the rise of IS. Security is high and we felt perfectly safe. But it was nice for us to have the place almost to ourselves at times!

+ fantastiskt poolområde, bra läge, trevlig strand, rimliga priser med god mat, vänlig personal, trevligt med biljardbord och fussball i baren, bra frukost, fri minibar - lite slitet, dålig påfyllnad i minibaren, vissa språkproblem med personalen (ofta yes och så hände inget), inget får tas in på hotellet för förtäring (likadant hos konkurenterna),

Best stay in a hotel ever.

Felt very welcome. Staff was so serviceminded efficient and caring, to all our needs. We received a free upgrade, to a much nicer room than we had booked. The facilities are excellent and the courtesy of the staff, made a wonderful stay in Aqaba. Will definitely be going back. Best hotel till date.
