The room was painted so sloppy, wall paint onto s ceiling in spots(sloppy). The couch old and worn out, tears on the arms and cushions worn out. The tv station was damaged. The door jam in the bathroom behind the door was missed during painting. However the roof and bathroom were clean.

I did not like anything. There was no WIFI. TV did not work. Floor had not been cleaned including bathroom floor. Stunk ,with cigarettes smell. no coffee in the room. Could not work because of no wifi. Only nice thing the front desk person that checked me in. It is an outdated dump, bedspreads full of cigarette burns. Room was AWFUL. I am not pleased with using expedia and will think twice before using their service.

I had a mold issue in my king suite w/jacuzzi. I let the staff know as well as the manager , I was told I couldn’t change or receive credit for another room, even with photographs and proof. I Wouldn’t recommend!

On the plus the room was large and clean. However, on the negative the hot water took about 5 minutes to heat up. Not exaggerating as I timed it. The tv reception was poor as well as that of the internet. The outside area didn’t look inviting. Plus on 2 occasions someone had use a rock to keep the secure door from locking. I removed the rock each time.

Weirdly nice or new features directly contrast the age and wear on this location. For example a whirpool in the tub of my room but the fan in the bathroom didn't run. A well working and icy A/C unit but threadbare duvets. Nice new laminate flooring but ragged paneling in the bathroom. Overall pleased, but could use a room by room update.

So... this property looks gross and there were people outside of this property hollering at anyone trying to go inside to take their money elsewhere... that this property notoriously double charges all their guests no matter how you pay (i was paying at the property)... not having extra funds on this jaunt out of town, we did not stay there at all. Also, I paid $9 extra for this reservation for the protection yall offer for satisfaction and all and when cancelling, questions and concerns were directed to the hotel and their managment company since that was the ONLY phone number in my confirmation email. Definitely not satisfied with the fact that with this protection i needed to file a claim online instead of talking with a real person to immediately rectify or take care of a situation when i did not have the time to wait for a reaponse... and still had to spend way more than planned on another room somewhere else.

No doors were locked. Marijuana smell everywhere. Someone was passed out in a room with room door open on the way to the office. Pictures were nothing like the room shown. I switched rooms once. It didn't get much better. The jet tub did not even work. The jet tub is why I booked the room. I wasn't expecting 4 star, but this was quite a bit worse than expected.

When I arrived at the property to check in around 7:30 pm, They did not have my reservation!! after going back and forth and eventually the property manager had to call Travelocity and after waiting another half hour they managed to confirm it. Then when I went to my room there was no sheets on the bed and the manager could not believe it and came to the room and saw it with her own eyes and then brought back some sheets. Overall very dissatisfied and I wouldn't even pay $100 for this place let alone being charged $338!!

I didn’t even check in. There were people doing drugs in front of their door. I parked for a second looking at how horrible the place looked and a homeless man walked up asking for money. The police were there and I was told there was animal bones getting removed. I would highly recommend never staying here.

This location was a complete joke! First of all when I checked in I was taking completely by surprise by their deposit procedures for smoking and non smoking room..( I booked a non smoking) but they were going to charge me an additional 100 for a deposit which i didn't know until i got there..plus if I wanted to check in early it was an additional 25. The place was so ghetto!!! I opted to get a smoking room so i wouldn't have to pay the 100 i went in the first room and it was not clean..basically this place is horrible and needs to be shutdown!!

Tried to submit photos of this filthy place but what do you know, that feature wasn't functioning. How convenient. I strongly urge you not to stay here. You'd be better off pitching a tent.

Worst hotel
This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! I paid for a king room with a jet bath and they put me in 2 queens the room was dirty, the floor was sticky and there were ROACHES IN THE FRIDGE!!! They moved me to another room still 2 queens without the jet bath and there was no toilet paper the floor was sticky the bed sheets were stained and tv didn't work! So after composing a third time they finally gave us a king room (still not the one we paid for) with no jet bath. The lady and the man were both extremely rude. Wouldn't recommend staying here. They have the worst service! And they don't refund the money you lose out on. Mind you I paid for a kind room for 3 nights and stayed in 2 different queen rooms for 2 night which is cheaper. I asked bout getting a refund for the difference and they said "they couldn't refund" AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR A KING ROOM WITH JET BATH!!!!

Dirty, unorganized, no communication
I arrived around 9pm on 10/27/22 to check in as I had a pre-booked reservation. I was given my room key I went to the room and it was a dirty room that clearly someone checked out of & was not cleaned. I walked back to the main office from the non-smoking building on the 2nd floor to the office. Advised the ladies at the desk who gave another room. I walked back over to the 2nd floor of the non-smoking building and again opened the door & again another filthy dirty room that was occupied & not cleaned. Urine in the toilet, towels all over the floor, both double beds linen was a mess. Garbage in the room. At this point my sister & I are tired from a long drive from New Jersey plus busy all day and really wanted to shower & get some sleep. Back to the office again. A man that just checked in was complaining his sheets was dirty in his room. Maleka apologized and said they had new housekeeping staff and seems like they turned in the room forms but the rooms weren’t clean and that the rooms were put in a clean status. The other lady gave Maleka some other rooms which Maleka went and checked to ensure they were clean the. Had me come to the room on the first floor of the non-smoking building. I was given a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa mattress was horrible and grossly stained. My sister and I shared the king bed for our three night stay. For the inconvenience Maleka advised us she spoke with the manager & she will comp the first night. We were still charged
