Clean, friendly, concerned for guests, nice rooms, good showers, comfortable bed.

Really nice room. Bed was so comfortable. Hotel staff very nice & accomodating. Stayed for the continental breadfast the 2nd morning, it was really good with a lot of choices. The dining area was kept clean and stocked.

We stayed in this hotel because of a local event. This event caused many hotels to be sold out. With that in mind & the staff knowing, they were totally unprepared and lacked the desire to assist their guests. The breakfast was always low or out of coffee & food. There was a major lack of space for guests to eat, while yet tabled conference rooms were close by and not opened to handle the overflow. The pool was never stocked with towels. We were told with a strong and careless attitude that although there was this event, there would be no allowance for late checkouts. Staff lacked management skills to make decisions. They did not serve their guests with the correct attitude. We were told that there was only one clerk staffed upon any requests we made. I don't blame the staff solely because the management should have been prepared. The hotel was sold out a month in advance. We reserved a King bed with sofa couch for our 2 kids. The sofa was not made and ready to go. The room was not stocked for the couch. We had to go get bedding ourselves AND they had no pillows (so happy my kids always insist to travel with their own in the car). I could recommend this place for a single or couple. Just make sure they are not sold out!
