Great place off the beaten path!!

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Staff was very nice and accommodating. Once you are in the property it is your own little slice of heaven.. The pools although look like a huge area in the pics and maps are rather small, but the fact that they are thermal water pools makes up for it!! Great breakfast buffet.. Rooms are spacious and private..

Quiet hotel with friendly staff

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Location: Whitewater rafting, ziplining, La Fortuna waterfall, hiking, horseback riding, hot springs
This hotel was great! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and I loved the waterfall shower in the bathroom. The food was a bit overpriced, but pretty good. There was a nice buffet spread for breakfast where you could overlook the pool. They also offer free yoga classes in a very relaxing setting overlooking Arenal.

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: Everything but internet wifi coverage.
Cons: Wifi coverage.
Location: Excellent all great.
Excellent restaurant, staff and amenities. The only bad spot is the wifi coverage. Doesn't work at the rooms only at the main lobby works with reasonable speed.

Great View of the Volcano

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Cons: The beds were a little too Firm for our taste.
Location: Lots of activities near by... ziplining, ATV, White water rafting, etc. Many places will come and pick you up at the hotel.
I thought this was a very nice Hotel, with a great view of the Volcano. i liked the little bungalow's with private parking at each one. The food was very good, the staff was very helpful, and there were lots of activities in the area. I would stay here again.

nice hotel with great view of the Volcano

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Pretty much everything. we especially enjoyed the hot springs on site, at the hotel.
Cons: Beds are a little too Firm.
Location: Ziplining, White Water Rafting, Repelling, ATV, Horseback riding, Hicking, etc.
Great Staff, nice rooms, and the restaurants had great food. Lots of activities in the area, and they come to pick you up from the hotel, and drop you back off. i would say the only thing i might say was a 3/4, was the hardness of the beds.... they are Firm.

Second Stop in Costa Rica

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Beautiful grounds, great views.
Cons: The restaurants. The food it fine, the prices are a little bit too high.
Location: The location is fantastic. The view of Arenal volcano is spectacular. All the activities that you could want are within striking distance.
Really nice property with great views, beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. Lots of nice plants, gardens, pool, hot springs, etc. Restaurants were ok. But overall the resort has it's merits.

Relaxing Hotel with Beautiful View of Volcano

Posted Jun 10, 2015
Pros: Location, scenery, hot springs, amenities
Cons: Privacy
Location: 10 minutes to town. We enjoyed horseback riding, hiking to a waterfall, chocolate tour, zip lining and tubing - all within 10 minutes of the hotel.
We were very happy with our accommodations with the exception of the thin wall that connected our Junior Suite to another. The couple next door could be heard during private times. . .very uncomfortable until we turned the TV up! Other than that, our experience was great. The daily breakfast had a nice variety. The hot springs and pool options were enjoyable and relaxing. Excursions from the hotel were easily planned and lots of fun. It was easy to get to town by taxi for different dining options and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
