Thank you, we will review our control service system to see what happens during your stay. Our breakfast menu offers 5 different options and it is very good, tasty and with good proportion. The terrace area is a common area for all guests and usually is very liked to have a drink, lunch, and even dinner it is open until 8 pm because we understand that after that time it must be resting time.

Thank you very much for your comments. each one of them helps us to improve and help give a better orientation to our future guests. We are going to review and fix the details you mention to us. We apologize because due to the changes suffered by the COVID we have had to make changes, such as moving the reception to a place in the building facing the street to give more space to the breakfast room and comply with the protocols of the distance between the tables and at the same time we have unused spaces, because they are not yet in functional operation. We have special plans for 2022 that include the improvement of our services and new renovations.

Hello Vadenand, every story has 2 faces, and at the end, we also have our version. This is exactly what you threatened us you were going to do if we did not give a refund. We already know that is very difficult to make happy every guest and is even more difficult when they want a total refund when it is not possible, especially, because we did offer you all the services, including breakfast, a nice room with a volcano view, front desk phone calls for your tours and of course and friendly attention.

We are very sorry for all the mistakes we made with you. When you arrive we did not receive yet the reservation, in fact we receive the email until the next morning, and we did have some guests in the hotel and we thought you were already in the hotel. And also to go out fro the hotel there is an electric botton just next to the door, we are sorry than you did not see it.
