“Great place”

We stayed at the Corin in late October. The place was not crowded and it was beautiful. The spa, service, drinks, grounds, architecture, etc. were excellent. The only disappointing thing was the quality of the beef. The seafood dishes were very good. We will be back. Oh, get the master suite if you can. They are worth it!

“beautiful hotel with excellent service”

i went with a few girlfriends for the weekend and we couldnt be happier! the service was excellent and the hotel was beautiful! every room has a perfect view of the volcano! i have to note that the staff really is extremely helpful not only in booking tours, but with choosing a place for dinner and any other recommendations. We all went out one night and being that we are young women in our twenties we were worried about the cabs. We called the hotel and they arranged for someone to get us in La Fortuna at 2am!! The staff there is eager to help in any way they can. For example my simcard on my phone stopped working and the hotel manager called the cell service here and fixed it for me in 5 minutes. In addition the hotel has excellent tours they can book for u. We did the hanging bridges tour and the horseback riding tour and had the time of our lives! We also spent a day at the hotel's pools which were spectacular! I also want to note that the breakfast is delicious! For a free breakfast we were impressed! They had many cultural breakfast dishes and excellent fresh fruit and pastries. I highly recommend this hotel! The next time I come back to arenal this will be the place I stay, and it is definitely the place I will recommend to anyone who asks.

Very clean and nice. Only about 1-1/2 years old. Really enjoyed the warm spring fed pools.

This hotel is perfection. Everyone was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are cleaned vigorously everyday. (They even move the furniture to clean behind it!) The pools are to die for. So relaxing after a full day of physical activities. The tours picked out by the hotel are the best in the area. Safe, fun and well worth the price. The food was excellent at the restaurant. Average prices when compared to a comparable meal in NYC. Free wi-fi in the lobby and upstairs bar. The spa was perfect with private hot springs and whirlpools in the lockers. Great discounts (30% off) spa packages. Very professional spa masseurs. La Fortuna was very close and the view of the volcano was right there. I will definitely come back to this hotel again in the future. Thank you Royal Corin for a fantastic time!!!!

The staff was the nicest I have ever met and the room was amazing. I would stay here every time I visit. From the town to the people it was an overall 5 star trip.
