Extraordinär

Posted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: Das Personal.
Cons: Nein
Absolut empfehlenswert.

Great location

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Central location.
Cons: Window in room.
Location: Central plaza, shopping area.
The hotel has a great location central in the downtown area. Easy walking distance to everything. My only request would be to have a room with a window.

Great hotel in a great location

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: location, cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons: A shower curtain would be nice. Our room had this very cool round shower but there was no curtain so the water wet the bathroom floor.
Location: Located right of the main square, so you're in the heart of Arequipa here.
We stayed at a Tierra Viva in Lima too -- both locations have the same room decor: huge king size bed, modern room and bathroom, friendly staff, good breakfast. Located just off the main square. Our room faced the street so it was a bit noisy because of the street traffic, but that's to be expected in any major city. Ask for an inside room if you want it to be quiter. Would definately recommend this hotel.

great hotel in the center of Arequipa

nice hotel with a good breakfast included. It is walking distance to the plaza, restaurants and night life, as well as to many sights. The room is well thought out, comfortable, and has good, free wi-fi.

Well located comfotable hotel

This is a well msintained hotel close to the centre of Arequipa. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It is not good for thosr with mobility issues, however, as lift access is not available to the first floor or to the breakfast room.

Lovely hotel in great location

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Location, room, breakfast, staff.
Location: Brilliant location, 5 min walk to Plaza de Armas.
After a 10 hour bus journey from Huacachina we were so relieved to check into Tierra Viva Arequipa and have a bit of luxury! Hotel staff were lovely even though we arrived at 5am! They even helped us with some tours. Our room was amazing with the biggest bed I've ever seen. WiFi was very fast and never dropped out. Breakfast buffet was awesome - especially the crispy bacon :-) We booked our Colca Canyon trip through a recommend tour agency - Colonial Tours - and it was amazing. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough, they even looked after our big rucksacks while we went to Colca Canyon for 2 days.
