“Great hotel within walking distance to everything”

Great location, within walking distance to everything in town. Less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff was very helpful. Wonderful rooftop terrace which overlooks the town, which includes bar service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

“Perfect location.”

Perfect location if you are not driving, a short walk from the train station and main bus depot, and right at the foot of the old city. The hotel is not fancy but very clean and well laid out, with good, friendly service.

“Best Hotel in Arezzo!!!”

The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English and always available to assist.. The hotel was just a 5 min walk from the train station. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The room was large by European standards and was a great deal for the money. The hotel appeared to be newly renovated and was beautifully decorated. We were extremely pleased with our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

“I would definitely stay here again.”

This hotel is 1 short block from the train station. Shopping is close by as are many restaurants and cafes. There is even a grocery store on the same block. The room was small but adequate. It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair. The bathroom was very nice with nice towels and a shower with lots of water pressure. My only complaint was the street noise which was considerable and the temperature in the room. Tho is was about 40 degrees outside the temperature in the room was extremely warm without having the heat on. I had to keep the terrace door open at all times.

“Great Location, but I Would not recommend.”

Great location near all the sites. Beautiful bathrooms. We were supposed to have a room with two beds, but this was not available, so I had to share a bed with my adult daughter. Awkward, but we made the best of it. The weather was unseasonably warm so we needed the air conditioner, but it wasn't working. Several attempts by the local electrician to get the air conditioner to work failed, so we were uncomfortable at night because it was too noisy to open the windows. Some staff was friendly, some were not. One fellow reprimanded me for not reporting the broken air conditioner immediately upon checking in.told me he could have fixed it if I had reported it on time. We had a brief shouting match the likes of which I have never had before in a hotel. I am not used to being shouted at by hotel staff. Arezzo was wonderful, and I did not let my bad experience at this hotel spoil things. I would not recommend this hotel, but I don't know if there are better choices.
