"Very helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel was very convenient, being right on the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and breweries. The condition is just average, however the room was clean and comfortable and less expensive than many hotels on the central coast. So...we were happy. The only staff that wasn't extremely helpful was the checkout clerk who didn't want to give me a paper receipt since I booked the room through Expedia. I don't understand that reasoning, as they still took my credit card and charged me on the spot in addition to a $50.00 deposit. Why can't I get a paper verification?? I know its right there on the computer and she's looking at it! I like paper verification for my statement reconciliation."
