Overall good experience for the budget. The room was nice and clean. Decent bathroom. The only thing is no public transport nearby which could be slightly difficult for people without own transport.

It’s extremely fascinating accommodation with delicious breakfast facility. It also includes play area for kids and adults. Everything is good except the approaching way. For those who are not n car, it’s difficult to approach this accommodation

Old and outdated
Old hotel with strange smell. Located in an area next to truck decks where there is noises from the trucks backing up at all hours of the night. Staff leaves super early. Nothing up to date. Found hair everywhere, bathtub disgusting. Tv not working, no help provided. Outdated ugly decor. On the plus side its super big and the staff over the phone working after hours is super professional and nice

Worst hotels ever! My Property was stolen by Staff
The worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, in all my years of traveling for the past 20 years!!! My 2 biggest complaints are: #1 Location (in an INDUSTRIAL PARK) was really far away from the train station (20 minutes walk) and #2 My valuables was taken from my room. Over $250 WORTH!!! The hotel was not helpful in protecting the customers. They just turn shoulders on me and try to brush it under the rug. I am so disappointed at this hotel. I will never stay here again!!! Horrible what they have done to me. Just Horrible!!!

The hotel is located in an industrial area, and getting to public transportation is a hike over a bridge and up a hill. The staff were very accommodating, and if it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff, I would rate this hotel as poor! The hotel provides a pretty nice spread for breakfast each morning, however due to the location there are no restaurants, nor grocery stores in the area. So you will need to travel out for lunch and dinner. In my opinion considering the isolated location of the hotel, at very least the hotel should have accommodations where patrons are able to order food from the kitchen as oppose to having to travel a great distance to find food. The room was ok, it served its purpose although the tv only gets 3-4 channels, of which none are in English. Some of the light fixtures in the room and bathroom did not work either. The hotel does provide a sauna (which was nice) a gym, of which the equipment is outdated, and a laundry room that's filled with the underwear that's been left behind by past guest. For these reasons this is not the type of hotel that you would want to stay in for an extended amount of time.

We liked the spacious room and very solid breakfast. Staff from the front desk were very helpful but noting special warm welcome. Public transport in Stockholm is the best on Earth, luckily, hotel is good connected with pendeltag (metro). We did not like how bad check in principle was, the room was not maintained well. Cutrains were detached, shower cabin broken and rusty, night lamps were broken and without abajure and the garbage was not picked on a daily basis. And the location of hotel was scarry. Hidden in a dark, on in perifer industrial zone, close to main frequent road, very noisy, because of trucks and traffic.

Good size rooms, clean. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. But, location is awful: on edge of an industrial estate with lorries and refrigeration trucks starting up very early morning, no nearby shops or restaurant, 20 mins walk to nearest tram/rail station. Also, internet in the rooms is unsustainable. TV reception so bad, it's not worth having. Hence, I would not stay here again.

The room is pretty big for single traveler and it's quite clean.Breakfast is all you can eat amd the quality is quite nice However the location is not easy to reach since it is hugely rely on the bus connection.And it is locate near the industrial centre

I liked the price and the free breakfast. Location is problematic in the middle of an industrial park. Public transportation is spotty and quite far. The cleaning service was bad. The floor was never swept in 13 days. Towels were replaced regularly. Breakfast was excellent and the hostess Marjo was very friendly and congenial. The management gave us a free one-night stay to compensate us for the luck of cleanness in our room.

It was a great stay, though the location is a little far from downtown and very confusing to locate the train station, but we like the hotel, with friendly Asian staff, Above all, Food is great. Its the only hotel that offered free breakfast in all our European trip.
