Anyone can feel at home at Aruba Blue Village.

“Best for the Buck”

My husband and I have frequented Aruba Blue Village over the past 3 years. We have watched it grow into a simple, comfortabe, and affordable place to stay when in Aruba for business and a simple vacation. No steps, nice pool, clean room, friendly staff, good food and drink. We will continue to stay at ABV as long as they'll have us.

“Make sure you have a car while staying in this hotel”

If you do not want to pay much, this is a good hotel. Do not expect high quality or service and you definitely need a car (include the car rental cost as a hotel cost, to compare with the beach hotels). Most guests are locals, Dutch or from South America I noticed. This hotel is relatively good quality for the money you pay.

“far from beach and main attractions”

rooms are clean and pretty new. bar works almost all the time except sunday(opens at 5:00 PM). paid internet, two stations(not that slow). supermatket close by. will need a car to move around.

“It is like being with family. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful.”

Although Aruba Blue is not an up scale motel, it is very comfortable. The pools are very clean and they serve excellent food at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They are in the process of upgrading the motel and will soon have a nice market store for your convenience. We have stayed at Aruba Blue Village several times and intend to return.

We would use it again if we needed a hotel.

“Basic accommodations”

The staff was very accommodating. There are no frills, but the room is large with a kitchenette. The bar area was pretty busy at night and the hotel was near a very good restaurant.

“Okay”

Definately for the budget traveler. Many visitors from other countries stay at this hotel, which provides for a multicultral experience. Housekeeping was not reliable and did not come as often as the room info. indicated. The hotel bar proprietor was wonderful and the front desk staff took good care of us. The room itself was rudimentary, but livable. Definately need to rent a car if you stay here, as no buses pass here and taxis are expensive.

“Just Ok”

This hotel is way out of the way to the beaches and night life, so it is nessesary to rent a car. Everyone was friendly but the furnishing were less then comfortable. I would next time pay the high price for a hotel on the beach instead of paying for taxi and car rental to the beach and attractions.

“Not impressed”

This is hotel would be considered "sparse" by most standards. Although the management tried to be helpful, the desk was not manned at night, so if something happened after 8:00, it was too bad. We didn't have a working air conditioner or hot water for the first 5 days of our 7-day stay. Although they claimed to be "fixing it", it took us hounding them to finally get it done. You never knew if or when the restaurant would be open, and you certainly can't stay here without having a car. It's isolated from everything. We won't be going back!
