“Perfect vacation with girlfriends!”

The hotel is very well located, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are nice, for a rate that is at least less of that of the big hotels. It is also a block away from the beach, and if you want a rental car, there's a Budget right around the corner. Moreover, breakfast is included! What more do you need if you want to enjoy the beach the whole day?

The hotel location is awesome and the staff is very friendly. The only thing i was a bit disappointed with was that the rooms didn't have a coffee maker. other than that it was an excellent experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Brickell Bay during our Aruba trip last week May 9, 2009. When we were searching for a place to stay, we were reading the hotel reviews. We wanted something affordable and since we do not know the area we took a chance on this one. We were actually impressed because we knew it is only rated 3 stars and some reviews were not very nice so we expected the worse. However we were quite satisfied. The room is spacious and very clean. They have cleaning service in the morning and one in the evening. They also have very friendly staff. We had the superior room which includes a King size bed and is very comfortable. They have a pool and have an in house Spa which is great after a long day at the beach. For the price, we definitely recommend this place.

“Brickle Bay - Loved it”

We had a great time. We only wished the lighting was better in the bathroom and also in the bedroom. We moved a lamp over to the desk where we did a little work each night. The desk was not really big enough to eat at or work crossword puzzles, so we also wished that there was a little round table for that purpose. We were able to fix the room up to please ourselves, so I hope the hotel people didn't mind. Our stay was very enjoyable and we'll be back!!!

The ubication is excellent, you have the boulevart near the hotel and all the restaurant too, the beach is great and near from the hotel.

“Hidden Paradise”

The hotel was clean and housekeeping did a very good job. The pool was clean and the pool bar attendants were very nice. I lost my gold earring in the pool and the maintenance man found it. When my husband went to look for it the man asked him what he was looking for. My husband explained and the man gave my husband my earring. The hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants and just a few steps from the beach. Parking is good. We will definitely return to this hotel.

“Best Price for an Amazingly Great Location with Friendly & Helpful Staff”

I stayed at this hotel in September, 2011 and I was very impressed with my room. In my recent travels to Aruba I stayed at the Marriot, Holiday Inn, and Playa Linda. Since this trip was last minute I didn't want to pay the pricey last minute hotel cost so I sucked up my pride and made reservations at this hotel (which is lower star). Well, it was the best decision I've ever made in my many travels to Aruba. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I got a free upgraded room upon my arrival. The hotel stay was better than the Holiday Inn and the Playa Linda. It's in the middle of all the restuarants, shops, and nightlife of Palm Beach Aruba so no expensive cab fares. I can't wait to book my next vacation at this hotel in Aruba.

“Great hotel with a very attractive price...”

Very good location. Palm Beach is across the street which is a very short walking distance. I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful. What surprised me the most was that didn't clean my room once a day - THEY CLEANED IT TWICE A DAY! I have never stayed in the hotel that was cleaned twice a day. It was always sparkling clean and my bathroom always filled with towels, soaps, body lotions and other little things that I just consider a pleasant surprise. One thing I want travelers to be very careful about is the car rental place that was recommended to me - ALL DRIVE CAR RENTAL - DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THERE. The car that I was given was a very old Toyota Yaris that was just AWFUL AND TERRIBLE. I wanted to return the car the same day I rented it but they would not take it and even though it was promised to me - they never reimbursed me rental money that I paid for basically nothing. It was a very scary and dangerous experience!!!!!
