“Palm Beach with Local Charm”

Angelo was very nice and accommodating. It is a great place to be away from the beach crowd at night and still be close enough to walk and enjoy Palm Beach during the day. The pool area is nice and Angelo says they have bands during the tourist season. It is nice and quiet during the off season.

When I booked a 1 bedroom I did not expect 2 beds in bedroom.I thought I would have a cot or a futon for the 3rd person to sleep on but the room that is a kitchen and sitting area only had 2 chairs.No privacy. I would go back there but not with an extra person The room was just right for a couple, My only complaint is no hot water so I felt the price was high and I don't like showering in cold water The staff were locals and they were great. Breakfast every morning free WIFI. I did need a car to get around. Angel, Tica , Maracela and others were wonderful they treated us like family.

“Going back in time”

Memories of old fashioned self-catering English holidays. Stove, microwave, fridge in room. Shower had one temperature of water (luke warm). Air conditioner, porch, old beds, Tv had American channels. Biggest problem was location. 25 minute walk from beach. Bus is possible but be prepared to walk and buses do not take suitcases. Taxis are expensive and walking at night is not advised. Pool was clean. Breakfast was nice.

“Was charged a night when hotel was closed!”

It was by far the WORST experience ever! I arrived around 11 pm on January 9th 2012 at the hotel which was closed!!!!!!!!!! if it wasn't due to another guest hearing me pounding the door down... i would have slept on the streets! The guest was so kind enough to lend me an air bed and we had to sleep in the lobby and to top it off the hotel manager had the odasity to charge me for the night!!!!!!!!! First and LAST time I ever use this hotel!
