2014 Aruba VacationPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Beautiful beach, a little less congestion than other high rise hotels in the area.
Cons: Room could have been a little cleaner.
Location: Great location, restaurants near by, as well as shopping near by.
Overal experience was very good. Staff was very helpful through out the week. Beach is awesome! Didn't use the pool facilities, but they looked very nice. On site restaurant for lunch was very good, just keep in mind every thing on an island moves a little slower. Our only minor issue was the overall cleanliness of the room could have been a little better, but was acceptable. Wifi was strong in the lobby area, but lacked a bit in the room. We would return here.

Aruba VacationPosted Jul 28, 2014
Cons: Check-in staff should provide better information on the resort amenities, room location, restaurant, etc.
Location: Restaurants are close by, sport activities.
The hotel location was perfect. We had a beautiful ocean side villa. I could not believe the location! We enjoyed having breakfast in the patio every morning and listening to the ocean waves.

Great beachside resortPosted Jul 22, 2014
Stayed at the Divi Phoenix from July 4 to July 15, 2014 in a studio apartment. This resort is a time-share property and is well kept. Great beach, wonderful pools, full service resort. Two restaurants on property offer a variety of well prepared dishes, at reasonable prices. Special touches like a welcome party, live entertainment most nights, and close proximity (walking distance) to other restaurants and clubs add to your stay. Our studio apartment had a very comfortable King bed and a Queen pull out couch, full kitchen and a great balcony with view of the beach. At this resort all suites have a beach view. Overall great value.

Paradise at its finestPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and beach area
Cons: More dining options would be nice.
Location: Walking distance to shopping, casinos, water activities, and other high rise notes along the boardwalk. Paseo Herencia Mall is a 10 minute walk.
Everything about the resort was perfect! The room was beautiful and clean with a great view of the ocean. We couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to unwind after the beach and walking down the boardwalk. The Palapas were nice and a breeze to reserve one every morning. We highly recommend the Pure Ocean waterfront dining overlooking the sunset. The staff, drinks, food, and the views were all great!

Nice resort except no privacy on the balconiesPosted Jul 13, 2014
We only stayed one night and the room was way too small for any longer than that.

Nice, quiet resortPosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Spacious, clean rooms. You do not hear noises through the walls like some places, that was very nice.
Location: Five minute walk to nearest pier between Riu and Radisson. Best to rent a car and drive around island. Too far too walk to shops and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay at the Divi Phoenix. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had rooms in the tower on the fifth floor. We could see the ocean but mainly we had a view of the pool and the Vacation Time share Office. Would recommend requesting a room above the fifth floor. Loved the beach.

Beautiful hotel on the beachPosted Jun 23, 2014
Wonderful. Would go again but would prefer that there was an all inclusive options. Prices are average. Taxis don't have meters. Very safe.
