“Great place!”

We found this resort about 3 years ago. We have stayed there about 5 times. We always stay at the beach villas in the Beach tower since those are newer and have very nice rooms as well as a washer /dryer in the room. Since we are there an entire week i like being able to do a little laundry to keep from taking so much luggage along. The pool area is very nice with very nice bartenders at Pure Beach . The location of the resort is great. Very close to DePalm Pier/Bugaloe Beach bar which has great atmosphere. Will return in the future.

“An excellent location with a great view”

Our studio apartment was in the original tower, 9th. floor, with a excellent view. It had everything we needed, but could stand an update. The 2 elevators were old & slow, but served their purpose. The maid service was excellent; we never saw her, but she did a great job. At the beach we were always able to find lounge chairs & a shady spot to use them. The water was great, but the bottom surface was rough with a lot of rocks; we used wet shoes to eliminate this problem. We ate breakfast each morning at Salt & Pepper, about a 10-15 minute walk. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

“Divi Aruba Phoenix”

My husband and I have been visiting Aruba for over 25 years and own a timeshare, but not at the Divi. We found this resort to be very comfortable; the staff was helpful and the ongoing construction did not interfere with our enjoyment of the beach and other services offered by the hotel. Although we booked a studio, we were given a one-bedroom suite, complete with jacuzzi and full kitchen, in the newly opened section. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and lunch, sometimes, and it was fairly priced.

“Lovely hotel, beautiful beach, can't wait to return!”

We had stayed here in March of 2009. Now, in March of 2010, the construction is completed and the lobby is very open and welcoming. This resort has quite a few places to eat and there is the convenience of charging everything to your room. Our room was very large, with a large kitchen and balcony. Maid service was satisfactory, although there is no maid service one day a week (which we didn't know until it happened). Staff was friendly. We did eat at the new restaurant "Pure Beach." Food was fine. Not over-priced. Same for the other on-the-beach restaurant. This resort is very low-key and made our vacation very enjoyable.

“Stay at the Divi=Great time in Aruba”

We had an awesome stay at the Divi Phoenix on Palm Beach in Aruba. The room we had included a full kitchen, large bathroom with jacuzzi and standing shower, a nice sitting area and a balcony that looked out over the beach. We had no idea that a standard room would come with that many amenities. The staff at the hotel was super nice and very accommodating. The hotel was right at the end of the high rise hotel strip, which made it easy for us to walk to any of the other resorts for dinner, shopping and drinks.

“Best hotel in 25 years”

The unit had all the amenities of a condominium. Full kitchen with all new3 appliances. 2 bathrooms, bedroom with king size bed, and sofa in living room that opens to a bed. Two flat screen televisions and a dvd player. Washer and dryer and a large balcony. Very relaxing place. Great restaurant and nightly entertainment. I would recommend renting a car to go to the supermarket and othe hotels and restaurants.. The best rooms are in the new towers.

“AWESOME STAY”

The Divi Phoenix was a beautiful resort. The pool, and the beach were really nice, not very crowded as some may think. No problems getting chairs, although a hut may be hard to come by if you're late. Our room was just what we needed, a studio with a full ocean and pool view (they all are). At check in, our refrigerator was leaking water, and some things in the kitchen were missing; by days end, we had another fridge along with what we were missing! The resort is about 5-10 min walk to the restaurants and things, but we liked that. I researched places to stay, and I'm glad we picked the Divi Phoenix!! Other reviews were quite helpful in our choice of resorts, so we both highly recommend staying here! Enjoy the Divi Phoenix, it's SO WORTH IT!!
