Our first visit to Aruba.Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: Room was a little dusty on arrival. My husband has allergies.
Cons: Freshening up rooms that have not been used in a while, before renting.
Location: We really enjoyed the location of the room. We wanted to own that room, but it was not available for time we wished.
My husband and I had a great stay. We cannot wait to visit again. Everything was great. The Shuttle service the friendly cab service. And the beautiful scenery. My only negative comment; I was looking forward to dining at the Mulligans restaurant. But, when we went to dine we were over run with flies. So, dining next to the outside window was not ideal. We had to leave. We didn't even dine there with a free offer. But, overall everything was very pleasant except that incident.

Beautiful place to stay.Posted Dec 5, 2014
Cons: You need more rooms with an Ocean View.
Location: The location was perfect.
The resort was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very helpful and personable. We would highly recommend staying at the Divi Golf Resort.

Great hotel!Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: We liked the facility's of the hotel, the pools, gym, restaurants, convenience store, staff, etc.
Cons: Room maintenance!. We had to call for clean towels, soap, toilet paper and to remove garbage since we were there for 5 days and no service came.
Location: Location was in the middle of downtown an the high rise area, eagle beach, water activities, bars, shops, wall climbing and walking distance to bus.
My daughter and I stayed at the Divi village golf resort . We had a great time, the beach is right across with beautiful white sand and clear turquoise water. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurants are nice but very expensive and not a big menu selection. We had to use taxis most of the time since there's not many places to eat around the hotel. The landscape around the property are well kept and the golf course is very nice. We had a great time at Divi Resort and will return in a near future.

Quiet, family friendly, but go afield for food.Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: Relaxing, quiet, family friendly, great pool and nice beach.
Cons: Check in faster, better breakfast, better communication about all-inclusive or not to the uninitiated.
Location: The beach, and their pool, and enjoy the quiet, otherwise get a car.
Good experience with the hotel and staff, and we'll definitely return. The pool, our room and the beach were great. Our 4 year old lived in the pool and on the little waterslide for four days. I much prefer this quieter corner of the island, 10 minutes cab or bus from the high rise area activities. The staff were very helpful getting us around. The one negative was the check in, which took an hour for no clear reason, and forgot to explain the ramifications of not staying "all inclusive". We wasted unnecessary time discovering that almost all the restaurants labelled on their resort map were part of "all inclusive" plans, which when purchased a la carte were not cost effective. That's fine, I just wish this was communicated. Having learned this, a rental car and some better restaurant research would make our next stay perfect.

Nice place to relax and forget about problemsPosted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Nice room, service, friendly staff, the shutlles
Cons: No late check out was possible. But fortunately we could use a room to shower before going to the airport at night.
Location: A shuttle can take you to the supermarket. I really liked that. The beach is near by also.
I stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed every moment of it. Very friendly staff, nice spacious studio. Will surely return.

We were disappointed because there was so much construction going on, therefore the restaurants were closed. There was only 1 restaurant open for breakfast. The lighting in the rooms needs to be updated, very dark, dining area has no light over table, can't play cards or games in the nighttime hours.

Very nice hotel near the beachPosted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: The proximity to stunning beaches, gardens and golf courses make it a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. It is easy to move to anywhere.
Cons: Internet and wifi.
Location: Its to easy move form the resort to other areas into the island, by car or by public transportation.
I spent 9 nights in a suite at the resort and it was a pleasant experience that we are considering going back there on our next vacation. My comments are positive, except the issue of internet which I believe is very expensive. As my trip was off the internet was not essential but needed to stay connected to my family and office.
