“Your home away from home, MVC Eagle Beach”

We just returned home after staying for two weeks at MVC Eagle Beach. The location is perfect, directly across the road from beautiful Eagle Beach. The attached restaurant, The Tulip, is a jewel with outstanding service and delicious food. The head waiter is a delight with impeccable manners and a wonderful personality. The hotel is beautifully landscaped with some of the friendliest staff members we've ever had the pleasure to be around---Christy, Sasha, and all of the support staff are wonderful people. We are better for having met them. Extras at the hotel include a very large parking lot for those of you who choose to use a rental car; a large tennis court; outdoor shower and restroom facilities for use as you come from the beach; beach chairs; bus stops a few steps from the entrance to the hotel.

“We Will Be Back”

This is our second visit to MVC. Our first was in 2007. What a great off the beaten path place to stay. Very friendly staff from top to bottom. They actually have a restaurant there called the Tulip which we did not take advantage off our first visit. We were not disappointed with the food there. They are doing some construction right around MVC but it's not that bad. It will only be bad if they try to weed out our little jewel called MVC. Yes you have to take your own lounge chairs across the street to the beach but we are both approaching 60 years young and we managed just fine. If you like less frills and people then this is for you. Thanks MVC Eagle Beach and staff.

“Just like a second home.”

The MVC Eagle beach is a small friendly hotel accommodation, here you are treated like family, there is always a smile on the faces of the staff who are more than willing to help you regardless of the problem. The Tulip restaurant that is attached to this hotel serves the most amazing food at a very reasonable price. If you want a peaceful holiday without the packed beaches then this is the place for you, having previously stayed at Palm beach I found this fit my lifestyle perfectly. Although it is a little out of the way a regular bus service or local free shuttle can take you to either Palm beach and the high rise hotel area or into Oranjestad.

“Loved Aruba”

The MVC Eagle was a wonderful value and everything we expected. Eagle beach is beautiful and right acrossed the street. We looked into to several hotels in the area and this was exactly what we were looking for. For some who spends very little time in the room the extra spending money was nice to use towards the casinos and dinner. The room was small but extremely well maintained. The restaurant was very good and one of the best vaules of the week. Don't miss the french onion soup is was the best. Everyone is Aruba is friendly and the buses system was effiecient. If i had any complaint it would have been more time for vacation. If you are looking for a calm and quiet place to spend your days then Eagle beach is the place for you. Night life is a short cab or bus ride away or you could walk to the casino on the beach in about 15 minutes. Loved it, can't wait to go back!

“Most reasonable and best stay ever”

The staff was so friendly and polite, They arranged my tours for me and made me feel as though I was the most important thing they had to do that day. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed to stay comfortable. Eagle beach was right across the street and it was the least populated of all of the beaches. I felt like I was on a private island. I will go back for sure.

“Great for A Get-away”

I would definitely recommend this for a romantic getaway. My husband and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon. We didn't want a lavish hotel with tons of other people and families. We were not planning to hang out at the hotel very much because we wanted to be out doing activities. This hotel was situated in the middle of the main road that runs from downtown Oranjestad to the north where the highrises are. It is easy to catch the bus. It was extremely convenient to the beach, you just walk across the street. They have beach chairs you can take out, but they were not well maintained and were limited. We had the beach to ourselves since there were no other hotels next to it and it was still low season. The staff of the hotel were extremely helpful when we wanted to plan day trips. We always had a clean room at the end of every day. They have safe boxes in the rooms, that was a plus. The only thing I did not like about it was the phone service did not work in the rooms. They claimed to have a new set up and it wasn't working yet. They also require a $200 deposit when you get there, so be sure to bring a credit card for that purpose. Other than that, the restaurant in the hotel was also good and the most reasonable, but their staff didn't go the extra mile. They were not as cheery. But you will definitely enjoy the continental breakfast every morning. Hope that helps!

My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay, we would recommand MVC to anyone who enjoys a close knit hotel. The staff is friendly and accomadating. The Tulip Resturant, which is part of MVC, offers amazing food and has an outstanding crew. The continental breakfast was quite good. Eagle Beach is directly across the street and was uncrowded during our stay. We thought that was refreshing and relaxing considering some beaches seem so crowded. The only complaint that we might raise is that the bed is a little hard. But your body gets used to it after a day or two. :) The value of MVC Eagle Beach is great and leaves you with money to enjoy Aruba's many attractions and restaurants.
