“Paradise with good food”

The Occidental was perfect for our short getaway. The food was god and plentiful, the drinks kept flowing and the rooms were very pretty and extremely comfortable.

Great place. Palm Beach is large when you walk it you will see that the best section of the beach is right here. Second time and will return. Trust me.

Our entire trip, from the beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and gorgeous atmosphere was our most memorable trip ever! The restaurants are terrific. The pool and waterfront are fun, clean, and not overcrowded. There were always plenty of chairs and room to swim. We can't wait to go back!

The perfect place to find great sun, service, and relaxation (especially in January)! The restaurants and bars were great. I can't think of anything 'reasonable' they could change to make it a better place to be.

Occidental is great. Only thing that I was shocked by was for such a large hotel the gym only had a few machines. But the hotel and the staff is awesome.

I SENT MY PARENTS TO ARUBA AND THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND THEY HAD A BLAST...SO HAPPY THAT I CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR THEM!!!!!

The staff was very polite and courteous, the swim up bar and pool area were great.... you cannot win at the casino, much harder than any other gaming facility I have ever visited... we went to the Padi dive center just down the beach and had a great time diving, but rented an underwater camera from them and was promised a disc of the pics which we received the next day but was totally BLANK! Food was above average for the caribbean, the best restaurant at the resort is the mexican one. The beach was beautiful and the swimming area was large. The bartenders were great for the most part. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and even though we like to go different places, we wouldn't rule out a future return visit.

“Going back next year”

The food, pool and the beach were all excellent. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful. We loved it that everything was included from shows to food and drinks. We will be going back next year for sure. Also excellent weather everyday.
