Clean rooms but .....Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Rooms were very clean.
Cons: Customer service skills.
Location: Great location for easy walking to great restaurants and bars.
Third year there, each year the staff has progressively gotten worse. I commend the housekeeping staff, cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Staff at the front desk and at the hotel restaurants and bars need to have customer service training. Need more staff at both bars especially when the hotel is full. Disappointing to be told that you aren't going to be waited on by the bartender. Really glad that this hotel is located near so many great restaurants and bars, too bad for the hotel though, they are losing a lot of money. Not sure on our next trip to Aruba that we will stay here again.

Perfect LocationPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: The grounds are wonderful, the staff is helpful, and it is a little slice of heaven.
Cons: Sometimes speed of service was a negative factor.
Location: You could not ask more from the location!
Radisson has the best location on Palm Beach...it was after all the first hotel in Aruba. The accommodations were fantastic, so good in fact that when we go back, we will opt for the least expensive room category. Prices are high, but that is consistent with Aruba in general. That said, Aruba is worth the difference and the Radisson would again be my choice if we do not go "all-inclusive".

Great service, great beach, clean & comfortablePosted Jul 19, 2014
The location is perfect - great beach (maybe the best on the island). Pools are good, outdoor areas were nice. Customer service was top notch from day 1. Rooms were fine but nothing special. Still, overall this is a great hotel, highly recommended.

Best place, but connection room is disappointedPosted Jul 18, 2014
Great experience for us, beautiful sea, friendly staff, clean room and nice food and drink. But,,, many rooms can be connected to the other room. We are always hearing the next room's whisper... This is an only disappointed point. I will be back, but I request non-connecting room next time.

Nice clean hotelPosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Location in the middle of every action
Cons: The internet in the room sucks big times, I had to go out of the room in the wallway to work.
Location: Location is very centric, well placed.
The hotel is good and well located in Palm Beach, the restaurants are excellent and the staff is courteous and helpfully.

Great hotel with everything.Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Great amenities.
Went with a few friends and we had a great time here. Very clean rooms with balconies. Great pool and beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants right across the street. Superfood supermarket is a great market for stocking up on groceries. Or there is a mini-market nearby, about a 10 minute stroll near Wendy's. A bus stop right in front of the hotel if you want to go to the downtown area ($2.30 for the big bus & $2 for the mini-van bus, just get off at the bus terminal). We went to Old Fisherman and had really good fish. Tried a bunch of local places in the Palm Beach area near our hotel as well. Everything was pretty good. Aruba isn't cheap but it is a beautiful place to visit.

The happy IslandPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The locations was great, as was the service and staff
Cons: the beds
Location: close to all the actions, and a wonderful beach front
Beautiful place with super nice people, If your looking for a getaway, this is the place. Very friendly towards Americans. If your a real foodie, it might be a challenge as the Island is geared more to tourist. I would go again, but with lower expectations towards the restaurant scene.
