“Love it!”

My husband and I love this hotel. We were here in 2007 and returned in 2009...cant wait to go back! The beach is beautiful and the staff is great... and you can't askfor better beach weather than you get in Aruba!

“Great All Inclusive Aruba Dream Vacation”

Although all inclusive is not for me and my husband, I was 100% impressed with all the food, drinks, entertainment - especially the people that worked at the hotel and the bar pool. The food was good. The people made it tempting to come back, particularly the bartendars by the pool. What a luxurious, beautiful resort. I don't know what else we could have wanted. Only tiny let down was the casino was very small. But the dealers and pit bosses were all so kind and friendly that it made you able to overlook the size. Definitely recommend for people looking for all inclusive.

“Fantastic Hotel”

My wife and I visited Aruba first time and loved the Island and specially this Hotel Riu. We booked an Ocean view room, first we were given a corner room and there was not a clear view to ocean. On our request to change the room and they changed it and given a much better location. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. The food was ok but nothing extraordinary. We enjoyed different activities at the pool. Just loved it every moment, can't wait to go back.

24 hour bar and room service was A+. Pool area and beach area was A+. Nightly entertainment was F! Really bad every night. Speciality restaurants were A+. Food in general A+. Resort is great and sticks out against all the other ones, best resort I have ever been to and I have been to a few! Get there now!

“OUTSTANDING!!!”

My husband and I stayed at the RIU Palace in Aruba and loved every minute! We got the best treatment at all of the bars and restaurants. The entertainment was fabulous and we just had so much fun. The hotel looked as good in real life as it did on their website. Our rooms were cleaned and towels replaced twice a day. The mini bar was stocked perfectly, we had a couple with us that wanted a different alcohol and a manager brought it with in minutes. Another friend went with us and had forgotten to make his hotel reservations, the RIU worked with him when he arrived and he was able to stay the whole week. If you want to be treated like a King and Queen, this is the place for you!

“beautiful place, excellent service, outstanding food!!”

Krystal restaurant was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at all restaurants, including the buffets. Pool bar was always fun but could use more music and less bingo.

“Very happy with Aruba Grand”

We were very happy with the Aruba Grand hotel!! People in the hotel were courteous and pleasant. Our room was always clean and well maintained. We would go back to this hotel.

“Honeymoooners”

We booked the Riu for our honeymoon. I would def. go back again. The food was great, the room was nice and our view of the ocean was incredible. The service was great too, the staff was very friendly and very eager to help. We compared our resort to the others...and it was def. one of the nicest in our section.
