“Ok for an overnight stay”
Ok
“Ok. But not the greatest.”
40 mins. to check in. Front desk extremely slow. Free drink was fruit punch. Had to call: no hand or face cloth towels in bathroom, no kithchen towels or paper towels, no remote for TV, no onion soup that was on the menu. Three incoming calls front desk told them we weren't registered. Had to make calls through the front desk.
“Horrible hotel in a great area”
This must be the dump of the high rise area. Here is the bad: 1. Crappy room design (very unconformatble room, big points lost here) 2. Very very very very vewry very MOIST. (the ac has to be on max for the room to dry) 3. Slow slow slow slow slow check in Here is the good: 1. in high rise area close to night life (bt not as close as the other resorts) 2. cheap 3. avis right at the gate 4. decent pool 5. cheap food on site (great french toast but crappy bacon) Note: This hotel is NOT on the beach but that is no lose to anyone as Palm beach is FUBAR. Too many people, the water is muddy even on bright day. If you are like me and like to spend the day outside then rent a car and this shouldn't be a problem (go to arashi beach and baby beach). all in all not a complete lost.
“cant wait to go back”
hotels was in a very good location front desk staff and restauran staff was excelent only downside the hotel room was a little cold and when u turn down the ac the wall sweat the tour guide for the palm tour was excelent is name was .
“Aruba for 3 nights”
Great hotel, little expensive on the restaurant, but whole aruba is expensive, good location, transportation to the beach.
“Not bad”
Not a recommended hotel for a lengthy stay.... We stayed there for one night, for a flight layover, because it was inexpensive.... We we told we would recieve a 25.00 food/beverage coupon, however did not recieve it... Pool is nice, and food is good. Hotel room is outdated and plan with bad TV service...
“OK cost/benefit”
On a trip from through the US to Surinam, I prefered a night in Aruba instead of sleeping over in Miami. That was a good choice bacuase I could spend nearly a whole day on the beautiful white beaches.
“Great Stay”
I've been to this resort before and came back again. I like it because it is small and not that many people. Staff are friendly, food and service was amazing.
“Cheap and Nice Hotel close to the High Rise Hotels”
We stayed there for 3 days prior to our flight to US and the hotel is an old building but very well taken care of, the staff at front desk is very friendly nor the one on the bar, when I came to claim my free welcome drinks the guy I think was very rude but didn't pay attention. The lady with the pool/beach towels was also very friendly. The room was very spacious for the two of us, we had a king size bed, a LCD TV and the A/C worked great. There was a mini fridge and a hot tub in the room. The service to the beach works fine, the beach is across the street close enough to go walking if you choose not to wait the minivan to go there. In the beach there are few Umbrellas so my advice is to arrive early. If you dont grab an umbrella there are plenty of extension chairs complimentary on the hotel. The location of the Hotel is great is close to the High Rise hotels, The 2 newest malls in Aruba and the nightlife there, I didn't need to go to the downtown. If you dont want to spend a lot of money in lodging this is the best choice, I noticed that the hotel is under renovations. Next time I'll go to Aruba I will consider them as a strong option to Stay.
“So So”
I've had good time there, but, that's not that clean.... They didn't have internet cards for 24 hours. But that's a cheap hotel. Good located in Palm Beach

Area:
Palm Beach, Aruba: The question on Palm Beach is this: lounge or live large? Theres a reason the major resorts and clubs are located near these calm waters. The beach is an ideal place to do absolutely nothing, with a cold drink in hand. Theres also swimming, golf, horseback riding, ATV rentals, and plenty of water sports.
