"Perfect Location"
Radisson has the best location on Palm Beach...it was after all the first hotel in Aruba. The accommodations were fantastic, so good in fact that when we go back, we will opt for the least expensive room category. Prices are high, but that is consistent with Aruba in general. That said, Aruba is worth the difference and the Radisson would again be my choice if we do not go "all-inclusive".

"Paradise at its finest"
Everything about the resort was perfect! The room was beautiful and clean with a great view of the ocean. We couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to unwind after the beach and walking down the boardwalk. The Palapas were nice and a breeze to reserve one every morning. We highly recommend the Pure Ocean waterfront dining overlooking the sunset. The staff, drinks, food, and the views were all great!

"Great hotel in Aruba"
There is so much to like about Divi Village! The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed in a studio and it was plenty big with a great view over the smaller pool. You had to cross the street to the beach but I would not call that a detraction, literally steps away. One thing we noticed was their attention to the grounds. Every morning the landscape staff was sweeping and picking up, they did a pretty good job of keeping the pool area clean of iguana poops. What I like was they fed the iguanas in a certain area so they were not all over the place, mostly in one area. With the exception of the pool bartender staff, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained as was the whole property. Would definitely come back here, the drive from the airport was 15 minutes. Downtown is a $9-$22 ride depending on where you go and the cab drivers are prompt and courteous. Aruba feels very safe, much safer than Cancun. The infinity pool is large and never felt crowded and same goes for the smaller pool area. The food at the bar pools was good. Be aware that you must turn in your pool towels and receive your pool card at the end of your stay or they will charge you $50. A nice plus is 2 for 1 drinks at the infinity bar from 5-7pm every day, try the frozen Aruba Arribe!

"Nice Resort!"
My husband and I just returned home from a trip to Aruba. We really did love the resort and it was very beautiful. They are currently undergoing a renovation and I feel like we were the first guests to stay in the newly renovated room. Throughout the day you could hear some of the construction going on, but it didn't bother us that much since we really didn't stay in our room very long. The construction never happened at night. We did feel this resort was a little misleading when we booked. Expedia shows most of the pictures from the Renaissance- Ocean and Suites location. There is another location (same resort) across the street that is NOT on the beach. This is the Renaissance at the Marina, which is an adults only resort. When we realized that we were staying here and not the other location on the beach, we asked to be moved to that resort. They accommodated with no problem, even though we had to wait until the next day to move and had to pay an additional charge each night (well worth it though). The rooms at the Ocean and Suites location are very spacious and nicely renovated. For the most part, the resort is very clean besides the occasional newly construction items and scraps laying around. The private island with this resort is AMAZING! My husband and I thought it was one of the island's best kept secrets. You can take a boat taxi provided by the Renaissance to shuttle you over to the island (about an 8 minute ride over). This island is absolutely lovely!

Also, be sure to look at our selection of Aruba resorts, which include the nicest hotels on Eagle Beach and other hotels on the beach with breathtaking views. We include an Aruba hotel and spa selection so you can relax during your stay. Aruba has many beautiful areas. Many prefer the hotels in Oranjestad if you choose to stay in the capital. We always display an Aruba hotel map so you can see if the specific location is at the heart of where you’d like to stay. Expedia.com offers it all for you.

Mixing island life and modern comforts, Aruba is a very popular destination in the Caribbean. Aruba is one of the Lesser Antilles Islands and is located about 12 degrees north of the equator, close to the Paraguana peninsula of Venezuela. There are some truly beautiful hotels in Aruba making this a top destination in many travelers' eyes.

The high season for travel to Aruba is between December 15 and April 14, while the low season for tourism is between April 15 and December 14. The weather is almost always nice with calm seas and sunny skies. The best time to travel depends on what you are looking for in a vacation. You can find Aruba hotel packages throughout the year, but to get the best deals, make your reservations early.

For Aruba hotel deals, the months of June to August are the low point of the tourist season and they offer some great deals. The low season will yield some of the lowest discount rates.

During the high season, you can still find cheap hotel deals, though doing so is a touch more difficult. Especially during high season, it's important to book rooms early to ensure you are finding the lowest prices especially on early bird specials.

Regardless of when you go, Aruba is an exciting place for the entire family. Unlike many Caribbean islands, Aruba doesn't really have a hurricane or tropical storm season, and, between mid-December and mid-April, the trade winds bring a steady breeze to the air. The beach is always fun no matter what time you visit.

Children and adults alike will enjoy such attractions as the island's Butterfly Farm, which will allows visitors to watch a caterpillar become a butterfly. At the Aruba Donkey Sanctuary, you can see and visit donkeys and, if you arrive early enough, you can even help feed the animals. Some cheap hotel deals in Aruba may include discounts to these two family-friendly attractions.

For music lovers, try to plan your visit around the Soul Beach Music Festival held on Memorial Day weekend each year. This festival often features top musicians and takes over the island for five days. Festivities during this time start early, and parties go on until late in the night. Keep an ever-vigilant eye out for a cheap Aruba hotel deal during this period.

If you want a real party, however, visit Aruba in January and February. During this period is the six-week non-stop party known as Carnival. Of course, hotel rooms are most expensive during this time. Some Aruba hotel deals during this time will include other special additions or bonuses.

Many Aruba hotels are resort-style hotels. Despite their high quality, these hotels can often be a great value due to their all-inclusive nature.
