Oasis of hospitality

Besides being a brand new, clean, comfortable hotel, the Manager made our stay something you would expect at a Ritz Carlton. We will definitely stop there again on our drives south. Above expectations!

Terrible manager, Sandpaper towels

Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: newer hotel, breakfast
Cons: New manager, softer towels, and lotion in the rooms
Location: Good location
Upon check in you will be greeted by a condescending rude manager. I have stayed here twice because there is not many choices when you are in the middle of nowhere. I thought that the person at the counter would change, but this manager works day and night apparently and always seems to be there. You will find that he demands to take a copy of your license and your credit card. Even if you ask him not to and offer to give him a deposit, he will not do so. He will give you an excuse of how terrible all the online sites are about paying him etc... I travel two weeks out of every month and stay in different hotels every night. This is the only hotel that I have ever found this practice in use. I looked into if it is legal for them to do so, and found that it is if you consent to them doing so, but here is the thing... I did not consent. Towels good for exfoliating

Nice Inn exceeded my expectation

Posted Apr 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed one night before going to LA, I felt good with such a quality provided. The Inn is not good for family long term stays but good for short term. I also suggest to turn off the portable frig to avoid the noise intervals if you are not using it. I didn't turn on air-conditioner but open window as the weather was fine.

Perfect for a night's stay

Posted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: Just off the highway with restaurants nearby.
Micro being the operative word. The room was small but had everything we needed. Clean and new. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean quiet place for the night

Posted Apr 2, 2014
Pros: Quiet and clean rooms. Lots of eats nearby.
Cons: The hotel only has queen size beds, would be nice if they offered King size as well.
Location: Good place to stay before heading into LA. Many chain foods very close by and gas. Hotel sets on the other side of freeway from most activity.
Clean and very quiet place to stay. I was concerned of highway noise, but the hotel sets far enough away you don't hear anything.

I was very impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. Near I5 but not noisy at all. Very comfortable rooms with fridges and microwaves. Nice breakfast also.

Great room and incredible service

This place is a great for a quick over night stay. The rooms are small; however, it's all we needed. They are very clean. The service was top notch. Sam greeted us and was definitely customer focused. We will stay again in the future!
