Missing some amenitiesPosted Dec 25, 2014
Cons: Staffing. Hire professionals
Location: The outlet center, once built, will be across the street. Until then, you can eat at the truck stop or the new Big Bear Restaurant.
I am sure once the Outlets come in (They are going to be across the street) business will pick up and hopefully this nice hotel will get better. It seems family run and the younger generation are obviously not hospitality trained. My room had no coffee maker or refrigerator. It was obviously the room for special needs on the first floor. I went to the front desk and asked if all the rooms did not have refrigerators. She said some did and some didn't. When I asked to be moved to a room with a refrigerator, she basically said she could not. (The parking lot was EMPTY!!) The continental breakfast area is small and a couple of large families will fill the entire area up so expect to jostle and take the food to your room. It is clean (The lobby smelled like disinfectant when I walked in) but they need a professional staff to take care of the guests. Okay if you want to go to the hotel and spend the night and get up and leave.

Excellent service, nice and newPosted Dec 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff were great and very accommodating to my family. Having just arrived from a long day of travel, we were tired. I like the coffee/tea/cocoa station available all day. Room (suite) was spacious and had a nice divider between bed and pullout.Operations Manager went out of his way to make us comfortable, even offering yogurt and fruit to my kids for the road!

Nice staff but needs to be better cleanedPosted Dec 11, 2014
Pros: Manager was nice and pleasant.
Cons: Better care and quality of bedding and bathroom linens
Location: shopping outlets and newly opened Black Bear Diner
I stayed one night at this hotel and I chose the hotel based off ratings and price. Initially the hotel appeared clean but upon inspecting the bed I found several pieces of hair (8-10 pieces) on the pillows, sheets, and bed covers. I told the manager and he came up and changed the sheets right away. After he changed the sheets I still found hair on the sheets. The towels were also very rough and a washcloth and towel both had stains on them. Breakfast was continental and coffee was served around the clock.

Pros: large room with microwave, refrig, clean and smells like new

really nice hotel compared to others in that area. Wish they had a gym but other than that it is very comfortable.

Nice new hotelPosted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: Room arrangement
Location: Outlet mall. Lots of good food close by.
Nice hotel at the base of the Grapevine. The room was very clean with all the neccessaries. Lots of cable tv stations to choose from. TV is in a strange location though. Centered on the divider between the sitting room and bed. Lots of good food nearby. Chipotle, Starbucks etc...

Great stopPosted Dec 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
A very nice stop. The rooms are compact and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows are top notch. The outlets are great for an evening stroll after being cooped up in the car all day. Black Bear dinner is just next door, with a meal for anyone's taste.

Overnight stopoverPosted Nov 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overnight stopover for trip to So Cal. Clean, newer hotel. Good location. Rooms a bit small (micro) but well designed for maximum fit. Our only comment is that the walls lack sufficient insulation. We could hear muffled tv and voices from the next room.
