not badPosted Aug 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
It looks like they spent money on trying to make the place look nice. However, it seemed like their efforts just covered up problems. Shelves broken in shower, AC worked but not efficiently. The pool was DISGUSTING! Swimming in the river wpildve been cleaner. Fitness room was fine. No towels in the fitness room tho. The older man and Hispanic lady working in the lobby for breakfast were fantastic. Some of the receptionists were pleasant but a couple were rude, inconsiderate, and appeared to not want to help customers at all.

Continental breakfastPosted Jul 9, 2013
Breakfast was horrible. We came down at 8:30 and everything was picked over and what there was to select from was all heavy gluten which one of us couldn't eat and the other one of us shouldn't have most of.

Location: Just passing through so did not do anything in the area.
The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and the hotel was quiet. Went down to look at the breakfast, but did not eat there because it did not look good.

The only complaint is that our cell phones were disabled once we passed the main lobby. In order to make or receive a call or text we had to be out in the lobby. Our phones would read "for emergency calls only". Other than that the hotel was clean and bed was comfortable.

No SleepPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The pillows are too small; the AC unit is too noisy-you either are too hot or don't sleep because the AC unit makes such a racket; the alarm clock in the room next door beeped for over an hour early in the morning.
