“Dog Friendly!”

Room was very nice, and staff was friendly and helpful. Also, had the best room rates w/ pet fees we could find in the area that would also allow a dog the size of ours. Fee was $10 a night per dog for 2 dogs combined weight of 80lbs. Most places we checked were $25+ a night for one dog under 30 lbs.

We have stayed at your hotel many happy times in the past when we came up from Atlanta to visit my wife's parents. We just lost one of those parents on 11/11/2011 and had to come up for the service. You folks were so great. Thank you,

I was very much impressed by the cleanliness, the care of the front desk who called me couple of hours after I checked in to find out if everything was alright.

“Central location to west North Carolina at a great price”

We were very please with the staff, cleaniness and location of the hotel. The rooms were a little larger and included a small refrigerator and microwave which was nice to have. It was much cheaper staying in Hendersonville and was centrally located to the Bilmore Estate and other different tourist attractions/cities, as well as the several National Forests' trails and amazing waterfalls.

Even though the hotel was booked and we got a smoking room, it didn't smell like smoke. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we had to ask for was more towels for the room. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Even though the hotel was older, it was very clean and our stay was very enjoyable.

“Great stay”

The location was great only 1/2 hr from biltmore and away from the main business section of Ashville. The room was very clean and quiet and the staff was wonderfull. The breakfast was good enough to satisfy anyone, and they had someone making fresh waffles which were great. There is plenty of shopping nearby and restraunts to eat at. Hendersonville itself is quaint with alot of history. We found a wonderfull italion restraunt in nearby horseshoe gap the food was very good and the prices were great. Lake lure is 18miles down the road and is very beautifull, in fact parts of Dirty Dancing were filmed at that location. I would definately stay at this hotel again, in fact we are thinking of going back to see Biltmore at Christmas and will stay here again

Although I'm not fond of motels, our room was clean and it appeared to be well cared for in terms of the condition of the carpet, other flooring and decor (perhaps a fairly recent remodel?).

An easy check-in friendly personnel overall a good experience, cant go wrong...we didnt have pets but I believ they accept pets... no pet smells or lost fur to speak of...pool has no privacy (and kinda small) its from and centre near check-in
