“Awesome hotel”

“Comfort Inn West a good choice.”

Comfort Inn West was easy to find at the junction of I-40 and Hwy 19/23. Just 10 minutes drive on city streets to the heart of Asheville.

“Excellent for my needs”

We selected this hotel due to our travel plans. It's convenient, clean, airy, well run for the most part. No negatives, other than they need to have at least one person on duty other than the desk clerk, to provide maintenance assistance if needed.

“It was wonderful. A little difficult to get to as there was lots of traffic around the area.”

The bed was so comfortable and the room was so clean and fresh. The bathroom was fitted with lots of grab handles to help getting into and out of the bathtub which is a great added feature. They have a fittness room and a good breakfast bar. I would definitely stay there again.

“One of Ashville's Best”

My stay was extremely comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located to major highway connections but set on a side street so there was no unnecessary noise. The complementary breakfast was excellent- one of the best I have had. I would definately stay here again.

Easy to find, clean, quiet, family hotel. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast serving area is small and should be redesigned to accommodate more hotel guests. No complaints at all.

we had a very nice stay at the Comfort Inn in Ashville, NC. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. My daughter left her new earrings on the nightstand and the staff was very helpful in locating them and mailing them to her.

“Great hotel for its value”

This is a great hotel for the value. It is conveniently located near I-40. The rooms were clean. The interior is modern. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast. Nice Staff. The only downside is the view isn't too pleasing, but you are just minutes from the parkway. I would highly recommend the hotel.
