Cozy and comfortable.

Pros: I liked the small scale, it felt very personal. Highlights were (i) a good breakfast with metal silverware, incl eggs, and (ii) excellent location.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.
Location: Location was excellent. Accessible to airport, Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, UNC-Asheville campus.
Everything went smoothly. Everything worked well, incl computer, printer, wi-fi.

A Pleasant Place With An Unusual Exterior Finish

Unfortunately, the exterior of the hotel was under construction (surrounded by a scaffold and draped with a tarp) during our stay. I wish expedia would have advised us of this. With the construction completed, I think the facility will be fine and with a more updated look.

Enjoyable Stay

In spite of the construction work.....our stay was most enjoyable. The breakfast was the best we have ever eaten!! No plastic or styrofoam.....China and silverware. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. We would recommend staying here!!!

Reasonably priced hotel near Asheville and the att

Pros: We liked the quiet, clean hotel with very responsive and courteous staff that was very reasonably priced and near attractions.
Cons: Due to the construction, the front of the hotel was somewhat difficult to access, but once construction is complete this should be resolved.
Location: Convenient to downtown Ashevile, dining, Biltmore and rapid interstate access.
When we drove up we noticed construction work on the facade of the hotel, but it did not in any way affect the stay. The rooms were clean and quiet with friendly, courteous staff. The breakfast both mornings had several different items along with the standard cold cereals, etc. the dining area was well taken care of by staff who were warm, helpful and very efficient.

Nice hotel right off of 40

Pros: We were traveling home from Florida. Was a great place to spend the night, and have a full breakfast before hitting the road again.
Cons: Hotel is currently under construction, and parking is limited. I'm sure it will be fine when construction is complete.
Got there late, but they had cookies in the lobby, which made the kids happy.

They were renovating the front outside of building so it was covered in scaffolding and plastic tarps. We did have a view of the scaffolding from the window BUT the kind man who checked us in said we could change rooms or even go to another hotel without penalties. (Un refundable reservations made through Expedia). The remodeling wasn't an issue at all. The breakfast was good and there was a very nice, helpful, friendly lady keeping things filled and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend this hotel, very clean.

Lots of construction that wasn't mentioned. Staff was very friendly. Not much parking.
